I asked for a non smoking room which I got but you could still smell smoke in the room and it was literally Smokey when you looked down the hall. there was a family with dogs there that barked at all hours of the night. I advised the desk clerk and he said I’d it happens again he would go up there. kids running up and down the halls after 10:00 pm. pool was out of service and there was no continental breakfast as advertised.

The woman in the lobby was very friendly and helpful.

There was no continental breakfast or any breakfast as stated on the website. The pool was not heated and was to cold for my kids to swim in.

There wasn't any breakfast. There was just coffee and juice.

They advertised there would be a small selection for breakfast and that wasn't there.

Two crappy pillows on beds..horrible ones stayed her in August n Sept 3)4 days each time too expensive for the condition it is in if It had hot bfast n a heater in pool would've been worth the 💰 ney... filter not running in pool water has freezing but hot in room..dryer didn't work no breakfast other than granola bar and orange juice.. but says free hot breakfast...long hairs floating in the pool..

No breakfast. Just a granola bar. My room smelled and made me itch head to toe.

Bed was too stiff. Only 1 coffee in room. Had to ask desk for more. Need blackout shades, too much light in parking lot, with no visible security. Someone should be at front desk at all times.

The bed spread on one bed was dirty. The carpet by the other bed was sticky. The desk chair had a big rip on the cushion.They said they offered breakfast but it was only juice, coffee and granola bars which my daughter couldn't eat because they contained almonds.
