Shuttle service was confusing and misleading via email received ahead of time. Had to use an Uber instead. If the email stated "Since the shuttle service only runs until 12:00am, please find another form of transportation from the airport to the hotel" . I was led to believe you could call and they would shuttle you even after 12:00am because of the wording of the email. I understood that the service stopped at 12:00 am but I was late in my arrival and no way to communicate to the hotel that it would be late. I was stuck and alone in a city that I don't know and extremely late at night.

I travel to this area frequently and always stay here. Feel comfortable and safe, staff is wonderful, room and facility are always clean. Coffee is great! Let cation is good for easy access to freeways.
Back parking area needs a clean up. Littered.

Laquetta, the front desk concierge, was amazing! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! I felt welcomed.
The breakfast was lovely. Everything was to correct temperature and taste for its purpose, hot and cold. Delicious.
The bed was a bit hard and lumpy, not UNcomfortable, but maybe because I’m used to my bed at home.. it definitely a firm mattress.

The location is terrific. One mile from the airport
It smelled terrible. Our first room smelled like an ashtray so we were moved to another. The halls all smell like weed. The bed pillows are tiny, there is no comforter on the bed, just a thin blanket. The daytime staff was super nice, the night time staff couldn’t have cared less.

They gave me a room that was occupied. The second room they gave me had a bad AC. The third room was ok.

Breakfast was fine
We had a sleeper sofa, but it was missing a mattress. They couldn’t get a mattress, so we made do. We scheduled a shuttle for the morning, but the driver couldn’t turn on the big van needed for multiple parties and luggage. The elevator smelled like pot.

It is an old building- there was a bit of an odor in our room and the TV did not work until I messed with the wires.

Breakfast choices were very good. Room size was good, but not as large as the one we had last year which included living room, dining room and kitchen. Location provided good access to the things we wanted to see or do.
The room was very cold when we first entered (59F). The knob on the alarm clock was missing and we could not set clock or alarm time. The reading light over one of the beds could not be turned on. There was not a list of available TV stations.

Quick and easy check in and out, peaceful and serene, customer service was very helpful and courteous
The room I booked was clean but smelled like Marijuana so I was immediately put into another room that was fitting to my needs.

Clean and comfortable, good price, good location, and good breakfast (included).
The faucet in the shower/tub leaked. The workout room (gym) had good cardio equipment and good free weights (dumb bells) but the more machine with cables was incomprehensible (and useless to me).

conveniently close to the BWI airport. Room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good.

I frequent this establishment around 6-8 times a year. I love the location
Parking is absolutely horrible. I had to park in a lot next door. There was a truck parked sideways taking up 4 spots. I travel alone and don't always feel safe parking there. Staff was parked in front parking spaces, they should be parking in the lot next door.

Large, clean, well designed room. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Convenient to restaurant next door. Very close to BWI airport.

Overall values with price paid
Be more clear on shuttle schedule. The shuttle is not 24 hours which should be included in hotel information during booking, so we can take that into account in booking process.
