Ground floor. Outside screen bent. It was just a place to sleep. No frills. Breakfast included but didn't see much, so ate elsewhere.

there was no elevator no access to ice or pop on 2nd floor toilet moved on the floor lights above the bed did not work holes in the blanket and fridge needed defrosting

Clean quiet comfortable and EXCELLENT location as well as a fair price for my stay

Decently close to everything I needed

Massive confusion when trying to check in. Got there after 5 (check in starts at 2) and the room I was given wasn’t cleaned. Then was given a room that already had an occupant. Third time finally got into our room. Tried to make a cup of tea and the coffee marker is soooo dirty. I ran multiple rounds of water through it to try and clean it out to no avail. The outside doors are supposed to require a key to get in and everyone I went to was broken so anyone could walk in at anytime. Spots of something on walls, dirty sink, just overall kind of dingy.

Breakfast was hardly anything. Coffee was horrible

Absolutely too many dogs Towels were so worn out I was glad I had my own with me Bathroom sink was dirty

convenient location

No carpet on the rooms floor , mattresses very uncomfortable

Location was great to restaurants and shopping. Also great location to train to the city.
