Redervation was made 2 weeks previous. Checked in at noon on n day of reservation. By 7pm the room was still not ready. Me and my wife had been waiting in the heat sine noon. Staff would tell us via phone that room was ready but when we would go to the front desk after waiting for over 35min in the line while its scorching hot only to be told the room was in fact not ready. Refund was given an ld we had to return to las vegas with no refund or f travel expenses and a wasted birthday trip for my wife. Never recommend or return to this establishment.

Overpriced for a motel quality room with too many college kids who came to party. They were so loud even after midnight.

Too much money, got woke up after being a sleep, they wanted us to move rooms . It was our 50th wedding anniversary. We were supposed to have one room and got a different one and I just had Knee replacement and could not do the stairs very well . It was the trip from hell . I know it wasn’t your fault . Thanks anyway

We are still waiting for the bill because at the time of checking-out the IT-System was down Even more important we are still waiting vor the DEPOSTI. Very bad service indeed. Regards, Robert Pletscher

The location is perfect right on the water. Everything you need from boat rentals to food Is located on site.

It took 2 hours for me to actually get my room. Check-in was at 4 pm. I arrived early and proceeded with the check-in. Figured I would give them a little time to have everything ready well I didn't get my room until 6pm 2hrs after my check in time it was very frustrating.

The rooms are old and just felt dirty and needs a major up date and the room had a very funny smell.

The staff was amazing!!! The view from the room was nice! Having the cove & bar right there.

The room. Very outdated, very old, shower was bad.. no water pressure, terrible shower head when you just want a good shower after being in lake all day.
