Clean room, comfortable beds

Room didn't get clean while we were there 4 nights

The desk attendant was helpful

Smell of stale cigarette smoke and then the smell of odor ban trying to cover it. Key card / door was an issue. Bedding covers were nasty (dirty and stained); door to pool was broken. Property definitely needs tlc.

The staff is magnificent....

It's a cheap hotel, so expections were low. The rooms were as you would expect. Heat worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, other than the pot.

So much pot being smoked in the building (and obvious at the front desk) that the whole floor was hazy. Clealiness left you desiring better, but was not so bad you worried about sleeping there. The beds were very uncomfortable (even my 6 year old complained, and his mattress at home is a 30 year old handmedown). Did I mention the pot? There was something that beeped every minute in the hallways on every floor 24/7. Breakfast is by far the worst I've ever been served (food was very dry packaged muffins, packages of oatmeal to be made with water because there wasn't milk, apples and oranges; drinks were 2 juices and coffee) And then the pot that was worse than the Buffett concert I went to. 3 party members ended up coughing all night, and I got a headache from it (seriously, enough that I was wondering if it was a slight contact high, but sadly with none of the good affects).

they where able to fix the problem booking couldn’t which was figure out why my reservation wasnt coming up when I had a confirmation code proof showing I booked my room
