We were able to get a room during spring break. The room was bug free and that is a big deal to my wife. We were able to park right outside of our room.
The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor properly but it still worked. The Air conditioner was pretty noisy. The rooms aren’t very soundproof at all so we had to listen to our neighbors above us and beside us.

ummmmmm
Shower curtain rod and curtain was in the ground. Floors were dirty. Shower head was about 5 foot tall. Good thing we were there for just a couple hours after a long day.

Didn't know that they had breakfast. If they did, no one mentioned it to us.
Other guest (contractors) were very loud and the partied very late with no respect to others. The a/c unit in my room was so loud that I had to turn it off for the night.

location only
The bathroom was not clean, top lid of toilet was broken, there was chipped paint and dirty walls in bathroom and sink bath areas. There was NO fire alarm on the wall completely pulled off just shell left. Light switches did NOT work. It was not a room worth paying $158.00 for that's for sure. I took pictures and plan to write them a letter with copies of the pictures. VERY VERY disappointing, It was not like this 8 yrs ago when I was there.

There was a fight in the room next to us at 11pm that woke us up. It lasted for 15 minutes. We did not feel safe and left the property to go back home. We should get a refund.

The gal that checked us in was friendly enough but not informative in the least. When we asked about the breakfast, we were told due to COVID, breakfast isn’t done anymore. We explained that it was still up on the website and she said there was no way to remove it. Once in our room, the cover to the AC unit fell off and we hadn’t even touched it. Our door wouldn’t latch properly and upon looking at it, we discovered lots of paper in it to prevent this. The hotel is along the highway through town and at a stoplight…extremely noisy! The beds were comfortable and the shower had hot water and a good stream. There were no bugs. The room was clean, but barely. Corners, baseboards, behind things, drawers were not very clean. The coat hanging up place was mostly out of the wall especially on one side. Lots of people live in this hotel…those people were VERY loud! Overall, our experience at the Hill Country Inn and Suites was not a good one. We won’t be staying here again. Not worth what we paid for it.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room
My only complaint was that the pillows weren't really comfortable to sleep on for me. I usually bring my own but had forgotten. My husband slept fine on them though.

Room was super clean, bed very comfortable, and it was surprisingly very quiet! Staff were friendly for us!
Would stay here again!
Outside could use a little brightening. :)

The rooms were very nice and clean...very comfortable.
The parking slots where we had to park were covered with large, sharp gravel. People were gathered in the back parking lot, sitting and eating (drinking?) late into the night....rather concerning. The website advertised free breakfast but wasn't available. It was rather expensive for a motor inn.
