I like it that the employee was very nice and they was very respectful and they was willing to help you out the best way they can

The location was perfect
The hotel is very dated. The beds are lumpy, the resort amenities are closed and we weren’t informed. Our shower was broken and after maintenance was in for 4 hours, we were told they were sold out and there wasn’t anything that could be done and we could shower in the fitness area.

I love that everything we did was in one location and had several options of dining. We arrived Friday afternoon and never left until we checked out on Sunday. All the food we ate was exceptional!!!

The shower didn't have good pressure felt like I was standing in a rain drizzle.

Always request the corner room but not available.
Requested extra towels and blankets it was delivered uncovered not bagged. Just someone carrying it against an unkempt uniform.

Staff was courteous. The resort was very clean and bed was comfortable. Lobby is breathtaking.
Wasn't able to get an appointment at the spa. Food was a bit pricey.

Brunch starts late....10:00 am. No facilities available until 8:00 am for coffee. The coffee in the room tasted horrible.

This place would not wave our fee when when we had to cancel 2 days prior to coming after suffering a family death.

The property was beautiful and had lots of parking. Everything inside was clean and gave the feeling of a very comfortable luxury hotel.
it was sad to see that many of the attractions were not open. I don’t know if this was because of Covid or because of staffing. When we arrived we found out that the pool and the hot tub were closed until further notice, that was something that had drawn us to the area. we also went to the spa and neither of us had a great experience. I am sure it is because of the people that we got, however we paid a lot of money for that experience

I didn't win on the slots. Some free play would be nice next time.

The facility was conveniently located, allowing me to order food from or visit a few surrounding establishments. My room was clean and cozy.
I didn't like the lack of a microwave. It's as if they expected me to eat out every night, which I did, but it would have been nice to have a place heat leftovers instead of throwing them out.

Beds were to springy, you could hear everyone in the hallway. Shower wasn't that great. But otherwise it was ok

Clean. Large spacious room
The bed had a plastic type cover on it to protect the mattress and it made you feel like you were sleeping back on a crib mattress

We loved the room and bed. We did not have dreakfast. We did grab a burger and fries. The room vas clean and comfortable. Parking was fairly close to hotel entrance. We thought the lobby was lovely.The buff
The buffet was not open because of covid. We understood but were disappointed. Hope we will get to enjoy it next time.
