tv didn’t stay on, drunks outside building made me feel unsafe

The cable just turns off when watching TV for awhile.

ridiculous they up charge you $10 for parking your car in their lot. what non urban hotel does this?? they tell you at check in and b/c of security patrol. so guess you might want to stay at the other hotels nearby that are safe and don’t gouge you for parking your car where they have a large well lit lot in a good area. scam

The rooms were big and clean!

You could hear people above your or beside you. They also charge $10 for a parking fee which I never heard of. The room wasn’t ready upon check in.

Nice hotel, but far out of the way from airport and apparently everything else. Cab fare from Denver airport was $50 (not including tip).

Everything was fine

Breakfast was great. Liked being able to watch Netflix. loved the couch and table for my laptop while my husband had the desk and chair for his. especially liked having the drawers for clothes so we could unpack and not have to live out of a suitcase.

Clean and spacious room. Good bed and pillows. Good breakfast with many options.

Parking is not free.

Well kept hotel in nice area close to restaurants. Big, clean rooms. Really good breakfast with lots of choice.

$10 a night parking, $100 pet fee that they don't tell you about until check-in. No late check out.

it’s was excellent

I liked how clean the hotel was and the rooms. The pool was great. The breakfast was good and it was not very crowded

We booked a room with a sofa sleeper and had no idea it would be as hard it was. Felt it was truly only a step above sleeping on the floor. Was not a traditional sofa sleeper at all. My twins had to sleep on it and complained on how uncomfortable it was.

Overall this place is in a good location about 8 miles from the airport with decent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty standard - eggs, sausage, burritos, cereal, yogurt, juices, fruits, muffins. Rooms were clean and had a good sized refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. Bathrooms were clean and shower had good water pressure and heat. Pool was okay but no hot tub. Front desk staff were friendly and always greeted us. They have a little mini shop with Excedrin, Benadryl, drinks, and snack for $2-$3 that was a godsend.

If you are staying in a room and requiring usage of the sofa sleeper, I'd recommend looking elsewhere because the actual carpet floor was softer than the sofa sleeper which was like sleeping on cement. The actual bed was amazing but my kiddos absolutely hated the sofa sleeper, and so I ended up killing my back to keep them happy. I asked the front desk to bring me some more blankets and cushions to try to mitigate the pain in my back but it did little to help unfortunately.
