The convenience, there was no carpet, the woman who had checked me in was very friendly & courteous.

The bed & pillows were uncomfortable, floor was filthy but looked clean, refrigerator was loud, bathroom was pretty small, there was some long black hair in the tub & on the shower wall, shower head sprayed everywhere even with the lack of water pressure, towels were really thin & one looked like it was previously used, toilet seat was crooked & really low, the staff entered the room & started stripping the beds, removing the towels, hanging the shower curtain over the railing before I even went to check out. I was down at my car. I approached the man & woman that were in my room & asked them why they just entered my room when I haven’t even checked out. It was 8:30am. They didn’t understand a thing I said. I told the man at the front desk who pretty much laughed as he said sorry as though I said something humorous. He told me as he was laughing that he would speak to them. Way too expensive for the price I paid.

The room was dirty with questionable stuff (poop? blood?) on the walls and floors. Although I didn’t see any bugs, it was so dirty and gross that I didn’t feel safe staying the night. We ended up changing our plans and leaving after resting there for an hour. Sad waste of money.

Had cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom. Manager said "it happens"... had to go through booking.com to even get 25% refunded

Cockroaches in the bathroom and room. This, by itself, makes this property unacceptable. We brought our own blanket cause the one provided was dirty. If it wasn't late we would have not stayed in this hotel. We traveled for several days after that night and because of the Eloy experience we did not book Motel 6 again. Also, the whole area smelled bad outside (as if no one cared to remove garbage and it started to smell badly). Very disappointed if not disgusted.
