Room was "non-smoking" but smelled STRONG of smoke. I bought blankest and pillows from Walmart due to bed smelling so.bad of smoke. I ended up leaving in middle of night due to the loud noises from others, as well as the intense smell of smoke which was causing breathing issues for me. This place is terrible honestly. A refund would be appreciated

It being dirty having dirty sheets no breakfast like it said dirty bathroom to a bathtub especially having kids and fingerprints all over the windows

Staff was accommodating and polite.

I can't name a single thing positive about the motel.

I reserved a handicapped room on the first floor as my partner is disabled and can't walk stairs without extreme difficulty...my reservation was confirmed for a first floor room, with a walk in shower. We were told upon arrival that there were no handicap rooms available and were placed on the second floor with no elevator. The room was filthy, dead bugs and thick layer of dirt on the floors, my shoes were actually sticking to the floor. The bed cover had holes and stained, with bits of something crusty stuck on it. The air conditioner was barely functional. There was a very strong smell of mold and mildew in the room, forcing us to leave our room door open to air out the smell. We had to set the thermostat down as far as it would go at 60, before it was finally cooling the room down. The reservation was for 2 adults and one child however, we were provided with only 1 bath towel, two hand towels and two wash clothes. There was no soap. The only ice machine was two buildings over, so more walking, just to find out that it doesn't work.

The bed It's not comfortable 😕 , swimming pool water 😒 and water in pool is too deep kids can drain and die

This place was disgusting. We must have killed a dozen huge crickets inside the room as well as a cockroach. Place was a complete dump. Did not get cleaning services. No shampoo. Towels were the size of a dish rag. Absomutely horrible experience.

Location close to town very booked up no towels and room no shampoo

Couldn't pay for a second night everything was booked up or the computer with broke down

The staff was friendly.

The main reason I chose this motel was so the grandkids could swim and I could relax in the pool. However I was told that the pool was closed. Very disappointing. When I called the office they stated they had no idea when the pool would be available. Had I been told in advance I would have chosen a different motel.

the area was close to the casino we played at

rooms were not very clean. our blanket had cigarette holes and was a non smoking room. there were no towels available at the hotel but 1 towel 2 wash clothes and a hand towel not enough for 2 people so we had to go buy some. no iron available also had to go buy one

The staff was nice and helpful for the most part. The guy at the front didn't really help me understand we're the room was at, but the house keeping lady came and helped us to carry my oxygen and things and find the room which i really appreciated.

The first room smelled of cigarettes. We were in there 4 days. The bed was uncomfortable but really big. I don't know if it's normal to see roaches but they were coming out of some of the cracks and the cracks and the cigarette burns on the bath tube

Plenty of room, beds a bit firm for my back but better than some have slept on,,room very clean, good water pressure, cold a/c true to temp, grandson loved the pool, convenient to main hwy

Didnt like the howling barking dog next door nor the people drinking and being loud on the other side, our non smoking room room smelled of smoke when we first went in- but may have been from outside because went away quickly

Cost.

Type of people walking around at all times. Lots of outside noise. Could sleep due to noise and then walls.
