Fridge wasn’t functioning

The location to our event. The lady who checked us in.

The room was poorly cleaned. There was trash in tub with a huge crack in the wall. There was mold or mildew throughout the bathroom. The room was poorly swept and mopped. The table was broken as well as the towel holder. Two out of four lights didn't work. There was no phone. There was burn holes in the bedspread. There was a steady stream of sex workers selling there wares. People outside our door all hours of the night. Our key card opened our room and the room next to ours. Overall, it seems this property hasn't been updated since the 80s. I feel it hasn't been cleaned well since then, either. I have more pictures but it will only let me post these few

It smelled clean, the counters were clean. The bed was made nicely and the sheets looked good. The staff up front were really nice and welcoming.

There was 3-4 cockroaches that we killed. The place didn't look or smell dirty but it looked like they came in from under the fridge in the room.

The convenience and the location comfortable and clean

Sometimes no coffee in the morning

My room looked like someone else was in the room. So I had to change rooms.

Rooms could be a lot cleaner
