Room dark and felt like a cave. View top of old house and down in a hole. They checked us in a room that wasn’t cleaned yet.

need to update to queen beds instead of full size. other than that it was fine.

The rooms were very nice and clean, check-in staff were very friendly and expedient.

Shower water pressure was low in my room.

Everything except someone else took our parking place which was in front of our room on our second night, which the staff couldn't help.

The ladies at the desk were SO friendly! The room was clean, and the bed was comfy! The view of the landing is beautiful!

The breakfast buffet was an excellent layout. The location was on the main street of enertainment.

The bathroom was a little to small for us . Could have been a little more modern.

Best Western's location is very convenient for walking to Branson Landing. The rooms are always nice and clean. The free breakfast is delicious and they have great coffee.

We had a king suite and it was very spacious. I loved the water pressure in the shower but the shower head direction was not adjustable. Taking a shower was almost blinding with the water always right in your face. That was the only small problem I have ever experienced at BW. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff did a good job keeping the breakfast bar stocked and clean. The hotel was walking distance from downtown. Our bed was comfortable. The towels and wash cloths were soft. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room.

A little disappointed in the up keep of hotel. Advertising view of landing is a little miss leading,not a very inviting place to sit,relax and actually see a beautiful unobstructedview of the Landing

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was busy but very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Kind of a drive to shopping and other places we went to. Definitely not for boat parking from what I saw.

The location was decent for convenience and there was plenty of parking spots near your room which was nice.

I think it’s miss leading when it says landing view cause from the rooms there’s no view. Our King Suite was like a dungeon tucked inward of the building with no windows.
