Nothing really - no continental breakfast as advertised

First room was not even cleaned. Changed room and the floor was dirty, must not use vacuum cleaner. TV remote sucked.

They did not have a continental breakfast as you advertised. They did not have any coffee in the lobby or even coffee in the rooms as you advertised. No telephones in rooms, smoke alarms not working, no plastic glasses in rooms, very dirty carpet, if walking barefoot, your feet stuck to carpet. Spiders in the bathtub. Only provided room with one washcloth, one handtowel, and one bathtowel for two people and they questioned you why when you asked for more towels. Room smelled very bad, like smoke, even though it was posted as nonsmoking. Should be reported to the state fire marshall and state department of health.

Comfortable beds. Slept very well.

We stayed for 3 days. We had one roll of toilet paper. We asked the front desk clerk for some clean towels and another roll of toilet paper, because we ran out. He said he would bring them up but he never did. Toilet ran constantly. Hotel was being remodeled at the time and the lobby and pool were torn apart. So I do understand why there wasn’t any coffee or food offered in the morning.

$20.00 fee if key was not returned to receptical. This was not discussed with us at front desk. We returned key with the vacuum part on front desk! Advertisement stated free breakfast. Not even coffee in room was offered. In fact dirty coffee bags in coffee maker, plus parts of a vacum cleaner in room. Never again!

under remodeling, no tv remote, no toilet paper, mattreses more like a rock. when the remote showed up only the volume control worked, so i watched spanish speaking nature tv for an hour, then thankfully fell asleep.

We had dirty towels. And it didn’t look like the room was cleaned before we got there. Also the hotel itself was very messy due to construction. The pool wasn’t open. And the pictures online look a lot nicer then the rooms themselves.

The location was nice and the staff was great !! But we reserved a sweet and got a regular room!! Yes, it was nice that they gave use a deal, but we were really looking forward to that sweet with the hot tub in our room !! So yes I am very upset with the hotel!! But the staff was great !!

Did not eat- room was cancelled at the last minute- plumbing leak- offered another room- but it smelled and there was possible other plumbing issues- had to go to another facility

everything- communications, plumbing issues, cleanliness- big stain over front desk front desk employee did offer an apology- but did not really seem to want to help seemed very distracted- Room cancelled on home phone- we were already on route- did not get message on my cell phone- over-all VERY bad experiuence

They didn’t have are reservations Hotel said we are having problems with booking.com I said I had a confirmation number he said it didn’t matter we have no rooms. We had to go to another town got a wonder room will not use booking. Com again

I would have rather slept in my car, that is how bad it was. It smelt horrible needed to be cleaned, the pictures looked nothing like what we walked into. I don't know if it was the owner but, a man kept following us around the same person we caught looking in the vehicles when it started to get dark out. When we checked out which was 9am I had to call on the phone at front desk the man said thee office wasn't open yet so I couldn't even get a receipt upon check out. It was the worse hotel and uncomfortable experience we have ever had.

I would never ever stay at this place or recommend it to anyone at all. While walking to our room there was this odor in the hallways, I don’t know what it was but my wife thinks it was cat pee. No matter what it was I almost threw up because I was gagging so much. Thankfully the AmericInn had a room open.

The location is good as it is walking distance to everything

The Amerivue Hayward provides low income housing to persons, while we appreciate that, it makes it NOT a hotel. No security in hotel, no TP, TV did not work, trash outside, no breakfast, no front desk staff, soap slivers, only 2 crunchy towels, booger on sheet. Decided not to go to manager since he was not available, even tho his family of 4 lives in 101. All the renters cook in their rooms which make it smelly. Super overpriced. This hotel needs an inspection. We had a great dinner at The Ranch. We had no options and no refund, so we stuck it out. Wish we'd have had our tent
