Lack of breakfast

Nothing. They cancelled my reservation about 3 weeks before my stay because the room was still* under construction and wouldn’t be ready yet. I had booked this reservation 6 MONTHS prior. I also learned the entire hotel is closed. They should have never allowed anyone to make reservations not knowing if the hotel would even be open. Terrible business.

The place is closed. It shouldn't have been possible to even book a room at this place. It's run by dishonest and disingenuous people. They had ample opportunities to tell me they were closed, but deceived me as long as possible and left me searching for a room at the last minute and causing me to pay more elsewhere. Bad business practices. Not to be trusted.

The staff was sooo pleasant and helpful. The room was not 'fancy' but was comfortable, clean and pleasant. I slept very well!!

There was a strong 'cleanser' smell. Took me a while to get used to it then I didn't notice it anymore.

Very pricey and you don’t even get coffee Stayed 2 nights there was no housekeeping while we were gone. I had to get extra towels fir the next morning.

The rooms were dirty, hair in bathroom, bugs in bathroom.

It was in Traverse City.

Run down, dirty, not taken care of and kept up. Clerk was rude and ask another clerk for a mask and she didn’t understand what I was asking for, then didn’t have one.

The room was reasonably well appointed and the breakfast was average during covid times. Pool was good but a little cold. The Jacuzzi was nice but usually overcrowded.

Staff was friendly but amazingly unhelpful. They answered basic questions incorrectly and didn't seem to comprehend the basic needs of travelers. They were much more interested in their phones than customers. Cleanliness was a problem. After showering and walking around the room barefooted, the bottoms of our feet were black!

Beds comfortable. Convenient location.

Water in sink very hot and dangerous. Tub didn't drain well, standing in water in shower.

Self serve breakfast had good selections and freezer was nice and cold. Location was good.

Our door stuck and was hard to open and close. It was very loud, air conditioning didn’t keep room cool, carpet needed to be cleaned.

Internet was slow, no HBO channels

The room carpet was filthy. Was walking in something sticky all over

The bed was VERY comfortable.

The bathroom was dirty. The paint is peeling. Mold on the ceiling. Mold in the ice bucket. When I called to ask the front desk if they could do something about the very loud, obnoxious drunk women, I was told he's be right up and to "take it easy." The noise went on until 330 am.
