Was easily to find and very much liked the elevator

It was dirty , stinky , and had unsafe conditions .

It was a quiet atmosphere
The ice machine never had any ice, our whole stay!! And even after making reservations, we were a family with 4 young children and didn’t get any type of accommodations!! Our rooms weren’t next to each other, with a 2 room reservation and the “complimentary breakfast” that was supposed to be served til 9:30am, they denied us anything well before even 9am.

Cheap, and walking distance from Main Street and several places to get a real breakfast.
Despite the photos, a lousy breakfast came in a brown paper bag with fake juice, 2 packaged “muffins” and a granola bar. Room was very basic with no closet or anywhere to hang clothes.

Bed was comfortable
No elevator at night and we were on the 3rd floor, room smelled & was not cleaned properly.

The room was clean, there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker (I drink tea, but it was adaptable), the bathroom was good, w/ hot water. Within walking distance of downtown, but still quiet.
Breakfast was well below expectations. It was a paper bag with an orange drink, two mini muffins and a small unnutritious candy "energy" bar. It was hard to get the guy behind the counter. The second morning, I dinged the bell and he never showed up, so no breakfast at all.

The staff, facilities and the breakfast. Good job on these important aspects of the hotel industry business.
This type of winning aspects leads to repeating customers.
The pillows. Pillows were small, deflated and back/neck wrecker. Need to be evaluated and replaced.

Room A/C was not working and it was a stuffy stay

Smoke detector in room was missing battery, ac thermostat had low battery. Shower had signs of rust. Elevator turns off at 10pm until 7am. Attendant at front desk was in sloppy shorts and a wrinkled red shirt for 2 days.

The bed was very comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was really poor, two cereal bars and juice. That is not breakfast.

Ants in the restroom. Parking lot dirty.. Walk ways dirty... The rate was high. Beds were not comfortable

Very nice room. Room has microwave, good size fridgerator, iron, hair blower and large TV. Nice location and easy to find it. Has small breakfast.
I was surprised that people smoking next to the rooms ehich is not smoking. People very loud when they having adult fun at night.
