Nice front desk staff
Breakfast was supposed to be included, or it’s advertised anyway. Breakfast wasn’t included. There was no chair for the desk. When asked, was told “we don’t have chairs” the photos show chairs. Cops came because of some crazy lady.

Ease of checking in,, ac was good
There was No frig, No table , sheets were stained, door was hard to close, no coffee maker, but coffee was there, towels were brown, not white, floor was dirty, thousands of dead crickets om the floor . My shoes were crunching. . No breakfast.

Convenient and price
They put me in 3 different rooms, room was supposed to be no smoking. The 1st room smelled like cigarettes overwhelming, 2nd room the bed linens were dirty and had hair, the 3rd room the bed linens were worse than the second room! So I left and went to another hotel, I forgot to mention that the second room also had live crickets in there, no telling what else! I should be Reimbursed for the room I didn’t stay in and for the inconvenience of having to find another hotel!!

the bed was uncomfortable, the was priced the average room rate at this location, there was no pool, employees not friendly, upon check out, the front desk was not helpful, I would Not recommend this place at all, the entire property was very bad
No small breakfast(grab-n-go) the staff(owners) , charged me for my "service animal' against the law, I will contact Service Animal Website. Toilet was turned off(water supply) i determined why(flooding) i decided to NOT ask for another room, it was just bad???

it looked like it was being remodeled and we like the fact it was wood floor and not carpet. We were very please.
the only issue we had was the shower head was broken and water went everywhere when you turned in the shower out in the floor.

The bed was more comfortable than expected for a hotel bed. Everything was super clean and looked new. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. (They kept me stocked in coffee for my room since I drink it almost all day.) Conveniently located for the purpose of my visit. They also have some beautiful rose bushes on the property!
Had a noisy neighbor, but the front desk was kind about handling it. I also understand that there really isn't much the staff can do and it was in no way their fault. They did what they could.

I felt uneasy during the check in process as I was looking around the motel looked "shady" I asked the front desk attendant if this was a safe place to stay and he got offended because he actually lived on site. He got so mad he cancelled my reservation and said that I didn't have to worry about the place being safe and he told me to get out of the office! He is the reason I would NEVER go back to the motel!!! Good grief!!
