location was perfect for a little get away & not too far from home & it was quite on the side of property I was on.

The pool area was nasty and not fit to get in the pool or even sit by it.The curtains and furniture in the room was very worn out.

Good location. Decent price. Excellent hot water. No bed bugs.

I read the reviews before I booked. Make no mistake, they are all accurate. Double charged for room. Charged when booked. Charged when checking out.

I didn't like the idea that I was supposed to pay $40 per night plus tax and I was charged $58 a night plus tax my air conditioner didn't work and I had close caption on my TV that I asked them to remove no one came around to do anything I would not Rate this place very highly as far as service is concerned or honoring my contract with you guys

Even though the rooms were clean, they were not in good condition. The bathroom had no light, the curtains were torn. In short, the rooms were not in good condition.

dirty bed with someone’s hair ALL over it, dead bugs in shower and under the mini fridge, and left behind food from the previous person that had the wrong before me.

The guy at check in charged us twice. It was supposed to be $170 and he charged us $340 without telling us.

Breakfast wasn’t offered, location was good. Parking was good

Bathroom was small & the curtains needed replaced. Also pillows either could be more or at least new

I loved that the staff was really nice and understanding and by far it was clean inside and the pool was a plus

I think they use the low flow toilets so toilet did clog at one time but they probably know because they didn't even act messed up about it curtains were a little bad but I can see that over time you know that happens so by far still best hotel I stayed at at in Georgia for my trip that was good price

Everything - From reception to exit! Imagine: 1) reception at a very tacky window! Told doors are kept locked!!!?!!!!! 2) pool was closed!! Plus it didn't look sanitary!!! Plus it is in close proximity to the garbage skip!!!! 3)room overrun by cockroaches!!! Beds have bed bugs!!!!! 4) almost every room have drapes that look like they were in a dog fight!!!!! (the side that visible from outside) THE WHOLE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE REVAMPED!!!
