The pool and hot tub

The room obviously hadn’t been cleaned, there were clothes in the chest of drawers

The night (1030) clerk (young petite female) was exceptional! Even though she had a guest when I came in, she acknowledged me, then at check in was fast efficient, and super friendly. Then at checkout in the am (715), the clerk was just as fast, friendly, and processed me out perfectly. The management should keep an eye on these young ladies, they are definitely assets who will build that business with just their attitudes toward guests!

Staff was super friendly and personable, beds were comfortable everything was clean.

Everything was great hot tub could have been warmer.

The bed was so comfy i didnt wanna leave! Pool & hot tub-amazing! The in-room whirlpool is my only complaint. The bottom is rough & pebbly & hurt my behind to sit. I would def stay here again!

It was clean and mostly quiet. They did serve breakfast every morning.

The bed was extremely hard. Was skimpy with towels. Got 2 large towels for 3 days.

breakfast very bad; towels are like what I use for rags; room AC not on on arrival, took hours to cool off and room reeked of smoke despite being non smoking; no housekeeping service
