Having a private tub is definitely the highlight of my stay. It was rainy most of the time and other people were still in the pools while it was raining. It was nice to have a private covered tub.

The staff/front desk personnel. When we checked in, we were not greeted, she didn't even bother making eye contact. The next day, my friend asked the same person if by any chance the hotel would have a microwaveable plate or paper plate for us to use. The person at the front desk looked at my friend as if she was crazy and said the hotel doesn't have that. When we arrived back at the hotel after being out all day, my friend asked the group of front desk personnel (that were gathered socializing) if she could get a set of fresh towels, and they gave her the dirtiest look. One gentleman at the front desk was nice and helped her, while the rest of the group kept staring at her as if she was the biggest bother to them. Basically, the whole experience of our stay, is that the front desk workers were very dismissive and rude. It's fine if you couldn't meet our requests, but they did not have to be rude about it. The hotel is also really run down. It definitely needs renovations. Several places at the tub has broken tile pieces, you could easily cut yourself on them. The bathroom sink drain was all green and calcite on it. The couch was old and stained, everything just felt run down and not kept up. Also, there's only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel.

The bed was super comfy and splurging for a suite with a jetted pool was well worth it! Even got little rubber ducks with robes and slippers! The suite was nice and clean, and had plenty of coffe and tea. Fridge was spacious and always nice to have. Staff was friendly and the grounds are nicely maintained. Didn't use the pool because it was raining, but didn't have much time for it anyway. There is a Vons and plenty of food options nearby. Felt safe and secure. Would definitely come back!

One staff person assigned us a room that was occupied. Very embarrassing and uncomfortable.

Multiple times here. The staff is so friendly. Rooms comfortable and clean. wish the tubs were a bit warmer but I love super hot water. Showers were very hot. We will be back. Thank you for another great stay.

what a great hotel with awesome hot spring pool and spas… well priced in comparison to other local hotels with similar hot spring pools and we did visit two others. Bedroom had a great bed and spacious bathroom with wonderful hot shower. superb heating / cooling and a Small bar fridge. check in was easy and stacks of on-site parking

maybe some small long life milks in the bar fridge for our morning coffee but there were also powdered milk sachets so not much to complain about.

The rooms were very clean, except for the carpets could use a good spot remover. Nice heated pool and hot tubs.

Our room didn’t have towels or a shower curtain but the front desk provided them for us. The “bath towel” was more of a hand towel size. I’m 120 lbs and it wasn’t big enough for me. I really disliked not having a microwave in the room. There was a community microwave downstairs to use but the weather was bad and didn’t feel like standing outside to make food.

I usedto ovei here but they have screwedup my reservations too manytimes , securityhas often been brusque without cause , and this last time mycard was charged ; HOWEVER; the person at the front desk said my carddid not go through and i was refused a room eventhough i’ve stayed hundreds of times there with no incident,

Location was good, it was quiet.

The carpet needed cleaning. Also the lack of a side table and lamp on both sides of the bed.

everything looked as though it did in the pictures It was clean and the jacuzzi was warm at all times

We asked many times about early check in and late out and it seemed as though it was not something they actually wanted to offer as we were willing to pay and they kept pushing it off. The sink had a weird smell like it needed to be snaked or something but it wasn’t terrible.

The staff are helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The pool is pretty nice, especially the indoor one. Facilities are nice for the price and overall clean.

The location is not deep in the desert so there will be birds hanging around the pool. It will just be like a backyard pool. But good to have one in the middle of a desert town.

The hotel was affordable and staff were friendly.

We booked this at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property is. It's also within walking distance of several restaurants, which was nice. I would consider staying here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
