Was a great place to stay! Staff was friendly, room was clean and nice. We relaxed in the hot tub, pool was too cold to use.

I let the front desk know at check out ( which was not their fault at all), that I was not impressed or was it acceptable for a guest to let their dog run in the hallway off leash, I don't care what kind of dog it is. Even though you don't think your dog will do anything, you don't know what will set the animal off. Staff knew exactly who it was and was on top of it.

it was not clean in the hallways and elevators. trash on the ground and elevators with ground food in the carpet, was there our whole stay.

The convenience of being close to the airport and the shuttle was quick. Driver was very friendly!

Too busy and the front desk staff seemed to not know as much as they should have. We got in early and let them know we would be checking in later. By the time we got back to check in, they had given our room away. It was a 2-bed queen suite that we needed for the 3 of us. They said they would upgrade us to a better room, but the room was only 1 King bed, so our son had to sleep on the sofa bed. The best they could do was comp us $20 and give us 2 vouchers for the breakfast (worth $5). Then when we asked for bedding for the sofa, it was never delivered and we had to go back a couple hours later and ask again.

Breakfast was not included with room. Hotel used coupons instead. Did not like that. Room was not ready for 3pm check-in. Excuse was that it was a staffing shortage. Hotel not very clean. Room had broken towel rack, missing lamp shades and room service was poor.

Breakfast hours is unclear The hotel in general does not feel clean. The lady staff in the dainning room is not kind and not welcoming...

The beds were very comfy

the hotel needs a face-lift, dirty carpets in the hallway, and over-all looks kind of beat up. In the room we booked it for 4 occupants, we only had 2 bath towels, 2 coffee pods, and had to ask for additional bedding for the sofa bed. then at breakfast we weren't aware through our reservation that we needed a coupon (and no one offered it to us) or have to pay for breakfast, then they ran out of food...... the nice lady that works breakfast did get coupons for us that day, wish I knew her name , very kind older lady.

Did not eat breakfast. There is no complimentary breakfast. I asked why and was told because they have a restaurant

Location

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. Staff slow to offer alternative which was a smaller room. The sofa sleeper was stained & unmade with no linens. When I asked for housekeeping to come & make the bed, I was told “ we don’t do that since COVID”, even when I said we were leaving for dinner. There were only two towels in the entire room.

The location was great. Easy to access from the freeway.

Laura who worked in Cafe. Was friendly, helpful and informative. This visit she was the only positive experience.

Had stayed two weeks prior and facility wasn't as clean. The room we got #201 was in need of up date. The sofa was stained and wall paper wasn't in good shape. Flight arrived after midnight and had no shuttle service available. Outside entrance was unkept and lobby garbage cans full to max.

Didn't have the breakfast but the location of the hotel was very good. The room was ok but it wasn't as clean as I would expect. We had to ask for clean towels because they never cleaned our room while we were there.

The hotel staff was very friendly and great to talk with.

The bed was comfy

There was no toilet paper when we got there. The tv did not work. There were stains all over the place and it just felt dirty

The location is super close to the Boise Airport, and to restaurant options.

We have stayed at this property a few times. I feel like the cleanliness and services have gone way down. The rooms aren't near as clean as they used to be and they don't come and clean your room for a two night stay....which is okay but the rooms need to be cleaned better before getting there. Also its quite expensive to stay there now and there is even a breakfast included.
