Clean, comfortable room. Quiet.
Staff couldn’t find my reservation so it took close to 45 minutes and three staff members to get checked in. Very frustrating!
I showed them emails from both Bookings.com and the hotel itself with a confirmation number, but that didn’t help.
Also, toilet ran continuously from the time we walked in the door of the room.

Good location, quiet
Dated rooms with popcorn ceiling. Cheap bagged breakfast with no fresh coffee. Not good considering is was advertised as including breakfast. Check in staff was rude and unhelpful.

No breakfast. Mattress sagged, a lot. Ice machine did not work. Leftover hair on sinks and floors.

The front desk staff were wonderful
The room had ants and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was rain water coming in through the floor from the outside. It was just very dated. For the price, I was hoping for nicer.

For the price this was clean, quiet and roomy, with a great shower and nice amenities. The front desk was very cheerful and friendly.
Not clear where the dog area was. The breakfast was suspended because of Covid, and the bag offered was processed and unpalatable food.

got last minute email explaining they were under covid procedure. this turned out to mean they would give you a grab and go bag for the breakfast that was included in the room cost. the contents included an old apple, a b'fast bar and a pkg'd danish : [

The toilet didn’t flush properly. The pool, bar and shuttle were closed. Bedding in room 172 was put on inside out. Motel 6 has the same quality. Wont stay here again .

Couch. Felt like sitting on a rock. Bed was rather hard. Didn't sleep too well.

Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The room had no pictures on the wall. The curtains were a complete mismatch to the wallpaper. Neither one of our keys worked when we came back in the evening. I have also never been to a hotel that didn’t offer hot coffee in the lobby-even during Covid. The desk

Quick friendly check-in is always appreciated. Rooms were large and the location is convenient with all the new stores/shops/restaurants going in across the street.

No restaurant, or grill. Pool was closed or not working. Used coffee filter left in coffee pot. It really wasn't up to the price charged.

Helpful staff, big room, and the 2 sinks make it convenient for two or more.

Employees were friendly.
The restaurant and bar were closed, supposedly due to covid. This forced us to go elsewhere. The pool looks abandoned, with a sign that says closed for the season. The property is very dated looking, especially for the price paid.
