Property was under construction and I paid for a view but got a construction site for a view.

The Hopscotch Salon was great.
I stayed for one night not two so please check your records and make any necessary adjustments, this was confirmed with the front office I’d be charged for one night. 1.) my room was listed as vacant after I checked in and an associate was knocking on my door and started to walk-in after my tag was on the door. I was literally going into the shower. 2,) there was a rodent in my room eating the food I ordered 3) I had no idea the magnitude of construction and that I couldn’t even go to a bar / resteraunt outside of a market. I felt like I was in Covid. It was creepy and awful.

Staff is very friendly.
Ice machines on most floors not working. They allow dogs, could hear barking dog in room next to mine. Also worry about dogs bringing fleas into hotel. Long walk from parking lot to rooms.

Great location, clean and comfortable
(-) Breakfast - the hotel said they had their kitchen under renovation. We could not eat in the hotel restaurant and had to order coffee every night for the next morning. The process was quite messy and in half of the ocassions we could not get our breakfast items right or on time as per-schedule
(-) Wifi was not working properly. After complaints the reception said it was going to be fixed but it wasn’t during the 3 weeks that we stayed in

Just how the hotel is built
The staff doesn’t really directly answer questions, there isn’t a actually p0lace to eat breakfast or any meal, had to be delivered room and eat it

the hotel was clean. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. the staff was friendly. breakfast was good.
the condition of the hotel was very dated and many things were closed for renovation. i think once its finished being updated it will be a lovely hotel again.

The location was fine but the hotel room was really run down and the bathroom especially was in need of a remodel. The cabinets were chipping and the shower was really gross.

The greenery and the water fall in the hotel creates an incredible ambiance and atmosphere. The plants are lush groomed and well taken care of. But the hotel is pretty cold I went to enjoy the pool for july4rh and I could not just stroll down to the pool w shorts and a tank top the hallways are like 60 degrees

The room was well appointed and the atrium is beautiful.
The hotel is especially noisy and not restful. There were several weddings and revelers descended on the adjacent room at 1:00 am. This is expected yet the hotel wasn't prepared and didn't notice. I got out of bed finally to request they quiet down. Then, at 6:15 am, staff began setting up the courtyard for breakfast, waking us for the day.

Room cleanliness was an issue.
Sink was corroded and unwired, table hadn't been wiped. Beer cans under the furniture. Mystery stains on the wall... I don't like to complain but this was a very expensive hotel and I expected it to be nicer.
Facility was outdated.

$20/day parking???
Location leaves much to be desired.

View out the window of construction on roof, overlooking a warehouse in a hill.

The rooms was nice and spacious. Nice coffee facility. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. This applied to the head of House Keeping, front office as well as the security at the door.
The general impression of the hotel is a little old fashioned but that also added to its charm
