Breakfast was amazing. It's so comfortable and intimate. Every staff member goes the extra mile to help their guests. It is beautiful, spotless, and has everything to make for a great stay. I hope to go back soon.
They do have limited parking. My advice would be "forget the car." Spend a few days taking the easy 5 minute walk into all the action of Provincetown. And the pedicabs are everywhere,

The host makes you feel welcome and comfortable. There is breakfast every morning with healthy and some gluten free options. Would definitely stay here again.

From arrival to departure, Dan and Daniel were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We were very warmly welcomed there and appreciated everything about our stay. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were very tastyâŚfrom the fruit, the freshly made bakery goods, the superb coffee, the yogurt,cheese, etc. We wholeheartedly recommend the Benchmark Inn!

Daniel the co-owner goes out of his way to ensure that his guests have a pleasant stay in Ptown. We received many tips and recommendations. The rooms were immaculately clean and well designed. The breakfast consisted of great quality products and the coffee from the Swiss Jura coffee machine was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

The owner and staff were fantastic. Very kind and generous with assisting us and making sure we were comfortable. Recommend dining, beaches and activities in town.
We also enjoyed the location, it was quiet and relaxing. Walking or biking to town was an easy few minutes.
Breakfast and coffee were exceptional!

Great place to stay and awesome hosts! Very friendly, go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, and make excellent, healthy breakfast! Located in heart of Commercial near the many great restaurants, shops, shows and entertainment!
One stairwell is steep, but it has rail to hold and thereâs easy alternate stairs to use from outside patio, so not a major issue!

Staff was WONDERFUL! Breakfast featured a lot of homemade, delicious foods! This is a wonderful, quaint, place to stay in the middle of downtown P-Town.

Location was perfect, close to the water, shops and restaurants. Best part was watching the fire works on the deck, was a perfect view.
There was not enough room for seating, eating, or to store items in the room we stayed in. For some reason regular sugar was hard to come by for coffee both in the room and kitchen.

Cozy room with gas fireplace & a well stocked bathroom with a shower to die for. Comfy bed & great breakfast with killer coffee & a variety of flavorful treats to start the day.

we were there right after thanksgiving and the weather was cold. except for the breakfast table, there was no other common indoor seating area except for one comfy chair in the breakfast area and one in the bedroom

Our stay was wonderful, our host Don was a personable, helpful, interesting gentleman. Our room was clean and quiet, breakfast included these wonderful jams along with fresh fruit snd tasty pastries. The location of the inn is fantastic. Looking forward already to our next visit.

Beautifully appointed king-size accomodation with every amenity imaginable including an in-room gas fireplace, private entrance and deck with water views! The hosts Dan & Daniel couldnât possibly have been more welcoming and accommodating.
