Location. Nice area to park ATV trailer. Beautiful outdoor patio area next to a stream. Restaurant is right next door with good food and drinks. We liked the place so much that we extended our stay.

Room had a stale cigarette smoke smell even though the rooms were non-smoking.

It was very pretty scenery. The Gulch was seen out of our window.

It was expensive and some areas not clean.

There wasn’t a Continental Breakfast offered. The room was clean. The bed was too soft for my comfort level. I recommend eating at Boston Pizza. The food was delicious and it is a quick walk from the hotel.

I wish they would have offered a Continental Breakfast.

Very nice friendly staff, helpful. Fun players club. We had the suite (Room 136) and it was so close and convenient on the first floor, quiet, big outdoor patio overlooking the gulch and rapid waters were soothing sounds to fall asleep if you leave windows open. Bed was comfortable, king bedroom was plenty of space. Big spacious bathroom with plenty of water pressure, a jacuzzi tub, plus nice living area (kitchen and fireplace living room), outdoor patio deck with picnic tables by the gulch water is pretty special, great for morning coffee in the sun. Boston Pizza next door was super accommodating (we placed late night carry out order just before 11pm close) with friendly staff.

AC units are very loud when running in room, the temps drop at night so we preferred to just use open windows.

Great location as it is about a mile away from town and much quieter, but still provides trolley service to the main downtown area every 30 minutes with pick up right at the front door. Great restaurant right next door.

No negative comments at all about this property.

Unfriendly staff. Requested ADA room or the first floor. I put my request in the booking app and received email from the hotel they received my request to no avail. I am on a walker.

The staff was very friendly and accomidating to any need we had. The food was great in the bar and at the attached restaurant and very affordable. Nice to have Trolley service to downtown. Room was larger than expected and very comfortable. Hottub was perfect temp and very clean and relaxing. Great place to stay! Look forward to a return visit!!
