friendly staff, had coffee, tea and popcorn in the lobby waiting for our arrival, or at least they made us feel like it was just for us. 😁

Rates were reasonable and they had a friendly staff. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired

They didn't remake the bed during our stay. They emptied the trash and provided clean towels

breakfast was a little bit sparse. hard boiled eggs or some protein would be nice

when you flushed the toilet it made a very loud noise

I like the staff and hot tub and the way they had vending machines on each floor.

I did not like that they didn't have working wifi and the elevator wasn't working properly so had to take the stairs and when we went down for breakfast they were rushing us out so they can clean up. I would not recommend not staying there for the price I paid for the time I stayed there. Wish I could turn back time I would stay at a different hotel. The pool wasn't heated it was super cold and could have even swin in it. Which was disappointing.

Bed was terrible. The covers on the bed were way to small. They looked like they might fit a double not a king..

Front desk was friendly and accommodating to get us in early coming from out of state.

Floor in our room was dirty. While standing at sink getting ready to attend a wedding I had to wash bottom of feet they were black from the floors.

Bed was comfortable.

Only sugar soda's in machines. No diet or bottled water. And breakfast items were lousy. No wheat bread,bagels. No raisen bran cereal like most hotels. Only fruit was old bananas. And when I got back to room Saturday my door was open by 5 inches,cleaning cart was nowhere around. I could tell cleaning crew had been in room bc trash was changed and bath towels removed. No new towels put in. I ended up getting pool towels from front desk.

Bathroom in room tiles dirty. Need to work on the little details of cleaning and preparing for next guess. Nose tissue was empty toilet paper down to the last couple squares.
