I have been here 3 times and we have always had "free" WiFi What happen??? I would have like to have been aware ahead of time not to mention other hidden fees. Steps were blocked off Very inconvenient !!!! I was not happy at all I made plans to come back in June But........Now I need to evaluate this decision. 😩😩😩😩

Mattress was little bumpy or uneven and there was padding. I was a little sore from sleeping in the bed. Linens on bed was comfortable and good.

This was our second time staying at this location and we enjoyed it immensely. This will definitely be our go to location at osage beach. Rooms are cute and xozy and has everything you need.

Great views! We stay here because it's a homey setting vs a hotel. Found out this time that they also have puzzles and games you can check out from the front office which was nice. The dock area has a couple of tables (and fans if needed), you can fish (cleaning station right there) and there is a swim ladder as well. In other areas of the complex they also have multiple tables and grills available for use. All these areas were nice and clean.

We booked a unit with a king bed in the master bedroom and requested to be near the elevator because we were traveling with my elderly mother. When I called to ask about this request, the manager was very accommodating and put us in a unit on the parking level so we didn't have to worry about using the elevator or stairs. Upon arrival we determined that this unit had a queen bed which wasn't mentioned earlier. When I called and spoke with the manager, he was very apologetic and said that when he was trying to help us with the room location he didn't think about the unit having a Qn vs a King bed. They were fully booked so there wasn't another unit option for us. We understood the situation but didn't sleep that well during our 8 day stay due to the smaller bed size.

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and the view of the lake from the deck was relaxing.

Basically a room only property, no other services like restaurant and lounge, just a pool that was difficult to get to. Don’t know how they consider this a “RESORT”?

Everything... proximity to sites, stores, shopping, etc, amenities, we had everything we needed within our rental space!

Very relaxing, staff was friendly

All condo units had lake view. We requested a higher floor and Michelle delivered with a 3rd floor corner unit. Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice pool and hot tub and kiddie pool.

The pool needed some skimming but an employee did so when another patron mentioned it to staff.

Short staffed which ended up in a late check in (7:30 pm). The price per night was really high, but it was a value considering the cheaper hotels were charging very high prices.
