The bed , friendly staff, nice inviroment and nice lobby.

I was supposed to get a room with a jucczi bathtub. Also I was charged twice for my room which was confusing.

The toilet did not flush. I notified front desk & learned how to remove the lid & manually flush the toilet

the room was clean and did not have a bad smell.

our heating/ ac unit made a horrible noise the entire time. the lobby was a mess due to pipes bursting. the hot tub was not working and the swimming pool was too cold to swim in.

I normally stay at the HGI when in Cranberry and have always been very pleased with the hotel and the staff.

Sadly, because of the extremely cold weather Dec. 23-26, when I checked into the hotel on Dec.24, there had been a major water break that the staff was in the process of cleaning up. I was given a room and went out for the evening. when I returned, I learned that there was more damage & the water in the hotel was no longer working. The staff was great and had reserved rooms for everyone at a nearby Doubletree and my credit card was not charged for Dec. 24.

They said it was a pet friendly place and then charged me $75 for my dog when I got there. That wasn't a depist either, it was an extra fee. Additionally there was mold in shower all over the grout between the tiles. Very disappointing.

Too pricey for what was available. Most restaurants offer comparable breakfasts for free instead of $10!

Breakfast should be complimentary. Some maintenance needed to be done, like peeling wallpaper and ceiling paint. Curtains had many small holes. No housekeeping services were offered during our 3 night stay.
