A good stay

Was very clean when we came in housekeeping is very nice no problem at all with having my dog, and the pet fee isn't bad at all staff is very nice as well

I love the jacuzzi tub. It’s clean nice and quiet. Great way to relax. staff is always amazing.

It was dirty there was literally dirt on the heat/air control panel as well as the lamps. There were no USB ports to charge anything. The entire place smelled of marijuana from the front door of check in to the room we were in. The was no breakfast as offered there was a note that stated " breakfast option coffee or juice only". ONLY STAYED DUE TO EMERGENCY ACCIDENT!!

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Soft towels that were generously stocked. Everything was clean and in working order. The hot water was fast and VERY hot. Though the property was right on the freeway service road, I was not disturbed by the noise at all. The area felt safe enough that I was comfortable walking solo. I knew the property was going to be older, so that was not a surprise, but I was pleased to see repairs ongoing to the exterior.

The lobby seemed worn, but I didn’t spend much time there so it didn’t bother me.

Very spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms. Overall, it was wonderful

I have a service dog and had to pay to have my dog with me. I know the laws and you are not allowed to ask me for papers for my dog

The room smelled funny. The room was dirty. Dirt on the walls and the heard board. The sheets were dirty. The toilet tank was broken and glued back together and the sink was cracked. The toilet was stopped up which my husband unclogged. The phone I. the room had no cord to call the front desk. The microwave was Nasty I could heat up my food. The chair had stains on it as well and the carpet was disgusting. We stayed in room 215.

The location is ok and the bed is comfortable but otherwise this place is the worst hotel.

The room smelled funny, the floor felt like it was washed with dish soap, the big chair has stains on it, the walls are nasty looking. The toilet tank is broken and glued back together, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the sink is cracked. The end tables are worn out. The bedding is dirty.
