Being close to the sea and the privacy of the beds and having your own kitchen that I loved.

I liked to wake up and look at the beautiful sea through that big window.

the people next door were fighting the first 2 nights after 11 o’clock at night. there was still used soap in the shower and the room wasn’t very clean.

The full kitchen, fireplace, and full view made for the best time ever. Parking was great.

There was nothing not to like, everything about the experience was excellent.

Great view!!! Spacious we stayed in a two bedroom suite with two queen beds.

Inside could use some simple updates. New paint update the bedding

this is a traditional coastal property. It is not ritzy or fancy but it’s clean and it’s cozy and is right on the beach! also has a full kitchen living room and separate bedroom with a huge picture window show casing the ocean! probs my new fave

remote didn’t work and the furnishings were tired

Room was clean and kitchen well equipped.

There was no staff interaction. No one to contact in office for more toilet paper or paper towels.

The location is absolutely fabulous. We had our own deck just above the stairs to the beach.

The bed in the separate bedroom was not very comfortable, but most important, the slider didn't lock. We used walking poles to block it. It was scary because our room was right at the top of the stairs where there was a good amount of traffic.

Location was outstanding. Really enjoyed the view. The little kitchen was cute. I was over all satisfied

The door knob felt like it was ready to fall off. The shower was really for short people.

Maintenance, Entry door locked but broken, No inter net service to use smart tv or our own devices, They know there is a problem but won't fix it. Severe dry rot bathroom floor, mold on ceiling, stains all over floor, filthy windows, people above us sound like there in our livingroom,

The view is outstanding, love the wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood).

the bed was uncomfortable, needs some updates on room, but yet that’s what I liked about it.

Love the convenient touch free check in system. They upgraded us for no reason and we really appreciated that! This was our 3rd stay here and never before had we got the fireplace/deck ground level room and it was really nice to have. They are thoughtful brought us a flashlight in case the storm knocked out the power.

Wifi didn't reach our room at all, the dishes were mostly missing so we only had little plastic kids bowls and no wine glasses, time to go to dollar tree and restock those kitchenettes! The TV was hard to work, you had to mash the buttons on the remote many times to get one function.

Lack of people due to Covid Flu

The view and location were unbeatable. Affordable oceanfront with a kitchen. Pet-friendly:-) On balance, would stay again.

Very outdated old fixtures, carpet, cabinets. Adequate kitchen amenities but old, mismatched and tired. Make sure to bring your own nonstick pan:-)

when I made my reservation I put in the comment box that I needed a ground floor room because I was disabled. If I couldn’t get a bottom floor room to please call me so I can make other arrangements. No one notified me I was on second floor. I’ve had to cancel five previous reservations here because I couldn’t get bottom floor. when I went to crawl into one of the beds at night there was sand glitter and hair in my bed. It had not been changed. they came and changed it in the morning. I got a phone call later in the day and was told the management would contact me the next day to make a right. I never heard a word from the manager.

clean, comfortable bed. Nice to have a stove, refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave.

Had to change rooms for second night, can’t change anything without going through Booking.com. Used to calling property and adding additional request. A couple things could have been a little better, no dripping kitchen faucet and working tv, but minor issues to me

the bed in main room is good. the second bed is an old covered springs mattress that is creeky and starting to poke at the sleeper. otherwise great stay.

Received text with check in instructions which was fine, but key was in a different place. Follow up message with new key location would have been appreciated.

The only complaint I have about the place is they need to do some updating and improve parking the lot is very tight.

Have been staying in Lincoln City since I was young and this is the best value not to mention an incredible location great for watching the surf and storms come in. I especially like the fact that there is a full size refrigerator and a regular stove with oven so you can cook your own meals which is very nice.

Very out dated. Smells like urine. Horrible Plug in heaters that didn't work well. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not worth the money.
