Breakfast was ok .Could serve biscuits and gravy!

It was a very enjoyable stay! We found nothing wrong with anything!

Nice location and very clean

Elevator was broken which made it difficult for those who have issues with stairs. Had a very hard time getting moved to the first floor. Until I asked for my money back to go somewhere else did a room become available. There was a whole in the wall that looked like someone had punched it and door reached a point in the floor it had to be pushed harder to get it to open and close. That was the only thing wrong with the room.

We liked the location of the Hotel. Easy to get to events.

We had to move our room 3 times in 4 nights. No help in doing so either. We have a disabled child , so we travel heavy. They put us upstairs...then the elevator broke. We had no way to get her upstairs!!! We had to move AGAIN!! The first room we stayed In was beat up, bathroom was gross, and old. The Toilet seat was stained and didn't sit on the toilet correctly. Staff didn't communicate well so we got several different stories.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning it was fresh and very tasty.

We thought every the was good, no dislikes.

The lady at the front desk (Crystal) was great helping me. When we arrived, we had a flat tire she pulled up information on tow trucks and tire repair shops for me. then she pulled information on attraction and places for us to eat. I believe, if it Hadden been for her our trip would have, trunned out bad.

Everyone at the front desk was very personable and nice. The cleaning lady Rosa was very pleasant. The waffle maker was awesome.

The fan in our ac in the room didn’t go on high. The bathtub was not cleaned when we arrived. Our deadbolt didn’t lock in our room. Rooms could stand to be updated.
