Room keeping could have been better.
For the price, serving free breakfast would be really good. Unlike your competitors if you don't include fere breakfast you would loose your customers. I would book any of your competitor with free breakfast next time.

Location! Walking distance to Johnson Space Center, which was the focal point of our trip.

Checked out early and on time but you still charged me for the last night even though we didn’t stay. I want a refund in that night please.

Booked the hotel through booking.com just to find out when I got to the hotel that they never got the payment even though it was procceessed on my account. They had me re-book the room through the hotel and till this day, I have not gotten my money back from booking.com
