Very unclean and drug dealers in the parking lot very unsafe for family

I was told they were booked until they thought my coupon expired then told me I could pay 80 they just recently did an unauthorized transaction I knew nothing about no reservations and I had just been released from the hospital after having a complete hip replacement surgery I think Jessica needs to be fired and go to jail for stealing money from my bank account and telling lies continually I can't have a no show when she lies n said my room smelled of smoke and that I am no longer welcome at this motel and then use her job title to steal money from me

They are dishonest Jessica took my companion cat that also belongs to my disabled son and used my card on file without any reservations or anything and wants me to prove I was in the hospital refuse s to refund me any money plus over charged me Sept 29th $100 leaving them owing me over 200 dollars

A good location

The rest room and th3 homeless and low income tenants

Nothing. My trip started out with us having to check in and wait a long time outside of a door because to check in there was nobody at a desk you actually had to go in and use a kiosk and talk to a person located in another country. That was just the beginning we go into our room after finally getting our keys kicked out of this little machine and paying a $50 deposit that was not charged to us in the beginning. Got to our room and had to keep the door open and open the window to even be in there in order to breathe because the smell of animal cigarette smoke and just disgusting filled the room. This room was a budget hotel of course by the price but unlike anything I have ever seen it was filthy Beyond filthy absolutely disgusting we pulled the sheet back on the mattress there was blood stains all over the mattress or something else Brown I don't know but you can see it through the sheet. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever even walked into it makes a Motel 6 look like the Sheraton or the Hilton. At least when you stay at a Motel 6 it's clean the bed night not be comfortable but it's clean I would never ever recommend this hotel for any reason and I cannot even believe that they are allowed to do business it was that dirty. I promptly walk downstairs talk to the lady at the kiosk ask for a refund and told her that I would be fighting it with my credit card company if I was not refunded right away I took pictures of all the filth and disgusting this I was just appalled.

I guess I should have put the first part in here but I'm already done with it I just cannot say enough how horrible this hotel was luckily we were able to book a room at the Best Western next door which I was surprised that we even got a room because it was a very busy weekend. I was told that they call this place the oh no hotel it is worse than oh no it is oh no no no no no never! I am very disappointed that booking.com even has this hotel listed as a place to stay.

The noise behind the building and the facilities were old and worn out

A bed, sink, and a bathroom for a shower. Very basic.

There is no coffee in the room, or iron, or other amenities, really.

Honestly, just the location. It's not horrible, just some kids were outside our room being loud.

It was easy to find and close to my job
