All of the amenities & easy access to the beach

Breakfast was nice for continental style. Loved being on the beach and the ocean side room was enjoyable.

Very disappointed we couldn’t sit out in the pool area, all closed off and we weren’t given a heads up. Also I was given a higher price at the desk from what I reserved online. I was rudely told I did not read the fine print….I compared prices and taxes, fees, etc. so this was a ridiculous comment to be made to me. I was very surprised by this attitude.

On beach so easy to enjoy a morning walk. Breakfast was well maintained with great variety and area kept clean. Linens were nice and bed comfortable.

Paying $20 a day for parking was a bit much but parking was close to hotel and in gated area so felt safer.

Breakfast was great. I was disappointed that the tiki hut didn't open for lunch. I was told they would open at 4 but then when I went there for dinner they had rented it out for a private party so no dinner either.

The smell was so bad throughout the hotel.

There was nothing impressive

They charged us a night we did not stay there. Me and my husband had spoken with them about it and they told us no worries your night here will not get charged. It was indeed charged:

Housekeeping barely speak English and I was refused towels and washcloths. I was advised by housekeeping to ask the front desk! My room wasn’t the best at the time of checking in, hair in bathroom that wasn’t my family’s.

The location was great and the partial beach view. Staff is friendly.

For the amount you pay, I would like the room to be more up to standards. The tub had some paint coming off. The bathroom had no fan. If it did, it didn't work. The pool area is small, and the bar is past a security gate. It's not poolside. The pool was filthy. Just seemed like there was barely any chlorine and smelled. People throwing footballs the length of the pool. There were two being thrown. Just be prepared if you're a couple wanting to relax. I think I would rather stay off the beach with a nice pool. Not crowded and drive to the beach. They charge you $15 per day per car anyway. So, I might as well pay for parking at the beach one day and have a less empty clean pool inland more.

The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk,they send maintenance but the problem continued to happen.

Hard to control the a/c - had to be set at 68 or the room became very stuffy. The toilet needs to be changed out - it sits very low and there was evidence of mildew around the tub. Some of the wait staff at the bar and grille were not friendly and very curt. The $50 a day damage fee was excessive.

The bed was extremely hard, not comfortable at all.

Front Desk team: Top notch professionals. They treated everyone as if they were family, especially Ms. Carole. She was very accommodating upon check-in. Its her enthusiasm that keeps the customers coming back. Maintenance: Took care of an issue in a timely manner - thanks!

Got to be honest. The room: A lil smelly, old food behind the beds; extremely worn out squeeky bed/boxspring which took away two good night’s rest. Room, to include bathroom and bed, screams for renovation. Television is updated however. I’m sure most folks are there to eat breakfast and go to the beach and probably not concerned about the dated rooms.

Mattress was so hard Sheets were not changed stains on sheets Room had an odor Front desk person stated he only does the desk with an attitude not helpful at all

Beautiful location with tons of activities, beach access, really nice pool and easy to order food

Bugs in the room, dirty bathroom, bedding was dirty(had to remove sheet),uncomfortable furniture all around

The staff were very welcoming. We had a peaceful experience.

The restaurant was not open. We could feel the springs in the mattress.
