We had been on the road for almost three weeks staying at hotels a total of 7 nights previous to this one on the way home. It was the best place we stayed if you consider amenities and price. Excellent location to the highway. Generously sized rooms that were spotless. Elevator worked seamlessly. Superb breakfast. We've stayed here five times on our road trip to and from Michigan to our Florida home and there is a reason--always delivers and gives us comfort on a very long road trip.

The beds were comfortable
There was hair in the shower...the room smelled of stale smoke....and the house keeping came around at 8am knocking not once but multiple times. Breakfast was only till 9am...and when we got there although it was 15 min before...the person in charge was sitting with his family. When I made a complaint they just smiled and laughed and said ok.

This property has double King room
The cleaning staff would take the tip for cleaning the room but not sweep the floor or leave enough towels for us and not enough toilet paper. They did everything else but it was clean in all other respects. Lovely hotel.

It was clean and the staff were very, very nice
The bathroom was extremely small. The bed was harder than a rock and very uncomfortable. The couch was sooooo uncomfortable. There was nowhere comfortable. Oh and the heat didn't work

The morning staff was extremely rude!! The hotel was dirty, in a poor location and way over priced for the room you get. The entire hotel smells like marajuana and we woke up with bites on our arms and legs. Avoid this place, especially for $200 a night. What a waste of money!!!

the property was conveniently located and staff seemed pleasant, it was clean for the most part.
air conditioner didn’t work very well, pillows were old and lumpy, had to get new key cards because they stopped working after 4 hours (staff was helpful). elevators had a smell and floors were sticky.

The breakfast was amazing and a nice variety. The location was in a nice and busy area with places to eat at even after stores are closed.

Great stay, room was clean. A/c was kind of noisy but it worked well. Great location to restaurants and shopping.
Pool area was dirty but from other guests. And we had some kids jump the fence to swim.

it’s in a great area
my tv remote didn’t work properly, the office chair was shredded up , shower curtains were cut and the water plug in the tub was full of hair . I reported it to the front desk that morning but they didn’t do anything about it until later that evening and after they moved me to another room the iron didn’t work, I end up going to the front desk 3 times and still didn’t get a iron that worked properly

When upgrading the rooms upgrade mattresses. And the upgrade on the linens also. And also to the towels in the rags need to be upgraded.

Stayed in B117 drawers on chest open by there selves. cut my leg on it during the night. A cpl next door partied all night.

The bathrooms need to be updated. Tubs was dirty, the heater didn't work. Did like it cause my TV was playing before I arrived
The staff was lazy tub was dirty plus it needed updating toilet seat needs to change
