I booked a regular room with them. it gave me the option to upgrade to a room with a hot tub in it, so I upgraded it. when I get there the key didn’t work to open the building, the whole placed smelled like weed. when we got to the room, it didn’t have the hot tub. I called to see about this and she said that there was only one room with the hot tub and it was already booked. I asked them to switch us to a smaller room since we wanted the hot tub and she didn’t want to. and our key still want to work to go into our room. not coming back again.

It was not what I asked for,shower door was broken could not fix until next day as well as could not move us to another room because of the booking app no balcony when was requested and had available rooms when I arrived at check in, just very disappointed at that point but was tired

there is no free breakfast they give you a brown bag with old snacks and call it breakfast. the halls reek of weed so bad I felt like I had a contact high. they had the doors open to air it out. the shower head was barely holding on it was about to fall off the wall. the floors were super slick. there was damage to the walls. there was little to no shower water pressure. what should have been a comfortable night was horrible

I used the juice machine and paid $10 but machine is not work, i didn't receive $8.5, i told front desk,they said it is not our in charge, how to receive $8.5, please give me $8.5

it was very neat clean

I paid with my credit card but when I looked at my debit card info they charged the 75.00 deposit on that card. how I don’t know why I don’t know and I was furious because I did not use that card at all and when she told me the amount I said ok I was using my credit card. I did not authorize anything on my debit card

that there was noise thrue out the night

everything lol. hugeeeee smoke odor soon as you come in, room was on the first floor and one of the exit doors were propped open. people were out smoking and going through the hallway yelling and arguing at 2am. could not sleep because of the noise and the smell. what made it worse we seen about 7-8 little worm things in different areas of the room even the bathroom. the air smelled too.

Nothing. They had bed bugs and I was bit on my forehead, face, ear, leg, and arm.

They had bed bugs. Switch us to a different room that also had bed bugs and I was bit over 10 times on my forehead, face, ear, leg, and arm.

it was quiet and very clean the girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful
