bathroom was horrible. Toilet was loose and set crooked. Bathtub floor was very slippery and shower curtain was too long, making it even more treacherous.

I stayed for three days and was unable to shower because it was broken. Management was notified on day one and nothing was done.

Free breakfast until I went down for it amd I wad the only guest . A Stagg member say in the areanwayching me the entire time extremely awkward. vows mo milk when I asked if he could get some his response wad asking me what ni needed it for
Terrible. I was put in the wrong room. When they switched me they accidentally billed m3 twice and refused to issue my refund I gad to wait toll am to speak to management.. nthe staff literally argued with me over it and literally came to my room at 1am wanting to continue the discussion...I had to very rudely ask him to leave and point put the time. The phone in room not only dodnr work it didn't even have a cord it was a prop. So we rn i gad dtions for front d3sk for example what t r wifi code was i gad to walk from hhe completevoposite end of hotel and down a flight of stairs to do so.There was a dead Beatles bug on the sheet under blanket.. the whole process was a nightmare from. Begin8ng tp e nd.

I had stayed before and had no problem. Yesterday I stayed and it was very disappointing. First, I entered the lobby, the man at the reception was talking to one of the employees and it took him a long time to attend to me. The man did not speak to me with respect, and he was also demanding that I pay a deposit of $200 for alleged policies. I had previously been in the hotel and they had never demanded that of me. I was surprised and asked the man if this policy or rule was new to the hotel. The man spoke to me without respect, "No ma'am" "those are the policies" "you don't have money to pay". He was also demanding other things from me that the hotel did not previously require. It was quite a headache. I usually go to this hotel a lot, but I honestly think I won't be back anymore because of that disgust. Also room 103 was dirty with dried urine around the toilet.
Please, if you as a hotel come to have certain policies, please publish it on the pages, so customers can know the rules in advance. I had made a reservation and at no time had I been notified that I had to pay that amount of money. It was even in my plans to go next month but with the disappointment that happens I no longer have this hotel in my plans. If you have a camera with audio, you could verify everything.

needed maintenance for a toilet back up. took a while. loud bass stereo outside the room at 1am. No way to watch the World Series in the room?! Room was not made up following a full day away. won’t be back

it was very dirty, couch in room had stains all over it. towels and face clothes had stains on them. tv barely worked, bed sheets also had stains on them.

Breakfast was simple but ok could use a basic hot breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.
Desk staff could use training in professionalism. Customer service was very bad when I called to make a reservation….Did not know how to handle a call vs dealing with a guest. Hung up on me telling me to call back because they were speaking to a guest. I requested to check in an at least an hour ahead since I traveled from out of state. both guy and woman were very rude and after saying yes they said no when we called again and had to wait outside in my car. I also called and asked to speak to a manager and guy said he wasn’t available, as soon as I mentioned manager his voice immediately changed! Therefore, they only know how to talk professionally when you mention manager! These 2 staff can really push away guests from wanting to stay there or even return!!!!!!!! I hope the manager reads this and retrains these 2 staff HOSPITALITY skills! Very disappointed!!!!!! Especially after paying a lot for one night!

breakfast was pretty lame. machine coffee cold cereal and yogurt. nothing hot or fresh. why bother. room appeared clean until you looked closely. opened a drawer and found a McDonald’s bag with old greasy food in it. pulled out tray by safe and found trash and food. guy at front desk didn’t seem awake no greeting

The location was close to where we needed to be.
The room smelled like animal urine masked with air freshener. The sink faucet was just a bit more than a drip even when on all of the way.
The "breakfast" was white bread, stale cold cereal, little tubs of yogurt and fruit, instant coffee. Ate out the second morning.
They even tried to bill us twice for the room. Had to call them from home to fix this issue.

We arrived late 7pm. Only two very thin bath towels. When I asked for more I was told housekeeping was closed. Only three pillows to share between my husband and I. Bed was advertised and I was told was a queen, it was a oversized full.

Staff weren't very friendly, checking in the woman didn't ask how she could help me. Then staff was missing behind the desk when I was trying to check out. When a man finally showed up and I expressed I wanted to check out, he just held his hand out. Instead of asking for my key. He started saying hello and talking to whoever was in the breakfast area. So rude, not giving me full attention and being friendly to someone right in front of me.. but not me. I deserve to be spoken to in full sentences. I'm a guest just like others.
And how on earth don't you have an elevator?!
And your hallway carpets could use an update so your guests don't think they're staying in the shining.
