Breakfast was beyond amazing, location is superb and front desk staff was next level

The rooms seem old, the smell was weird. Room temperature was really bad, we even turned on the A/C and it never went below 75

This property is very expensive for what you get I had ask a box of tissues for the main room, they never came. Also needed to request that the balcony floor and table to be cleaned and the room was never vacuumed during our stay. The bathroom lights would not turn on at night, so I had to use the master light and wake others There wasn’t any shower gel in the shower (had to ask of that as well) and the towels were heavy and a bit rough. No trash receptacle near the desk and no outlets for any tech devices I would order off the menu for breakfast as the buffet was very underwhelming, certainly did not warrant the price which the server doesn’t tell you . Guess I miss the breakfast buffets in Germany. We have previously been leader club members and have enjoyed other properties and just do not feel that Sonnenalp measured up to the others Staff was very nice
