Breakfast food quality.

The location is very good. But we hope they don’t charge parking fee per day. Some of the staff we’re very accommodating and smiling, few were not. 😣

The pillows were stinky. 😣

This hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Sesame Place - you can just walk over and be there in 3-5 minutes. There is plenty of parking spaces and rooms are roomy enough. This was our second visit and we booked a similar room to last time, given our previous positive experience.

This time around our experience wasn't as positive. The hotel was fully booked and it was very noticeable. Staff looked overwhelmed, the pool area was a mess, breakfast was pure chaos and some guests were clearly bending the rules (such as smoking in the premises).

Breakfast was convenient and our room was located right around the corner. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful during check-in and during days stayed.

Breakfast area was so hot each morning. The same eggs and sausage each morning we stayed from Saturday until Monday. It would be good to switch the rotate various meats like bacon or fried potatoes.

Air conditioner had broken sharp piece sticking out, the ice machine was broken on our floor, we could only take one elevator to get to our floor. The fridge wasn’t cold. The sliding bathroom door isn’t ideal with small children.

Convenient to Sesame Place, not too big and it was cozy.

More lighting needed in the rooms.

The size of the room was great and it was clear it was recently updated. Staff was very nice.

Upon arrival there was a piece of broken glass on our counter in the bathroom by the sink, we were left with about 1/4 roll of toilet paper and when I called for more toilet paper and towels, we were told it would be right up and no one came. When my husband went downstairs to get them he was told there was no housekeeping staff on shift yet. This was around 9am. In addition, the free breakfast buffet was awful. No milk, no forks, and what was available wasn’t all that great. I guess you get what you pay for in terms of breakfast.

We loved the front desk employees! Tajeira Fisher is especially wonderful! She was beyond helpful and easy to chat with. I truly enjoyed seeing her as we came and went during our stay. She even checked on us upon finishing bringing in the luggage to ensure we felt comfortable- a true asset to the hospitality world! Additionally, the proximity to Sesame Place cannot be beat! It was across the street- just perfect- especially when toddlers needed to go back to the hotel from Sesame Place to take a nap!

The beds and sofa beds need a serious upgrade. Additionally, the carpeting has been well loved and could use a replacement.

Some things didn’t work like light fixtures

The proximity to Sesame Place- however they charge you 15$ a day to park your car. There was an employee named Ton who was outstanding- above and beyond. A lot of the other staff was not so great. One lady basically said that Sesame Place was going to close the following day- and that wasn't true.

The couches were extremely dirty. Visible stains and wear and tear. The carpet definitely needs to be shampooed, the bathroom needs to be updating the grout in the shower just horrible. The hallways smelled funny

I liked how the staff was so friendly and helpful. I lost my car keys one day and Jamaal who works in the maintenance department there went and found them for me!! Thanks again Jamaal

The breakfast was good but the room sheet were old and room had old soap Residue in the shower

The staff was very kind, patient, and accommodating.

The room was dirty, mirror had a black substance on it and there was a crushed up Oreo on floor. The pool and fire pit were advertised, but not available.

Rooms were nice. Staff great.

The pool is closed and so are the fire pits. They should let you know that. Ice machines broken

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Our Room was perfect. The Location is stellar.
