Great breakfast was part of the deal! No TV’s in the room were a plus! comfortable Victorian setting!

The breakfast was wonderful, good variety and well prepared

One of the reasons we stayed here was that it had a restaurant on site, the Bon Ton, that we were really looking forward to eating at again. The restaurant was was being remodeled and therefore closed which they failed to say anything about on their website, very disappointing.

Location, look and feel of the hotel were great! They stayed true to the Victorian look throughout the hotel.

This is such a beautiful historical hotel and the room was extremely spacious and very clean.

Extra friendly staff! Absolutely the BEST breakfast ever! Yani cooked and she is personal and friendly! Hot tub was awesome! No t.v. in the room, but the tv room was totally cool!

This hotel was so charming. I was searching through pictures of hotels when planning my trip to Ouray and booked this place immediately when I saw the photos, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I absolutely loved the Victorian decor. We enjoyed waking up every morning to a view of the mountains out the window.

We stayed in the room with 2 bedrooms that were separated by a bathroom which was nice with 2 couples. The breakfast was good.

We ran out of soap in the bathroom.

I love the charm of older hotels and the St Elmo didn’t disappoint. There is no elevator but the staff are happy to help with luggage.

Although the staff are helpful, my knees would have preferred an elevator but that’s a small complaint

the St Elmo was such a cool hotel to stay - perfect location. owner had perfect recommendations for our long weekend in Colorado with sights to see and places to go.

parking for motorcycles is not good in the street in front of the hotel / off camber and very steep. we quickly learned to park around back, which was not an issue at all.

We spent two nights the fiat night we had room 4 and the bed was hard and pillows were massive or thick, room 8 the other night was much better the bed was better and pillows too also room 8 had three fans where room 4 was lacking but it was really the bed in 4 that we didn’t enjoy it was rock hard. Otherwise it was pretty cool and had a great location.

Room 4 needs a mattress topper it’s too hard.

I loved everything about this hotel, it was everything I wanted for a perfect Ouray experience.

Great location on Main Street. Room was clean and comfortable with beautiful decor and furniture. We enjoyed the included breakfast.

Everything was great! The only suggestion I would have would be to offer some plain eggs with breakfast to accommodate guests that might not eat ham.
