Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast gleich willkommen. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Es gibt ein kleines Fitnessstudio und einen relativ großen Pool.

Das Hotel hat leider schon einige Jahre hinter sich, was sich sowohl in den Fluren als auch in der Zimmereinrichtung bemerkbar macht. Die Farbgestaltung des Hotels, die vorwiegend in Brauntönen und Orange gehalten ist, vermittelt einen schweren und wenig modernen Eindruck. Es fehlt an Frische und einem durchdachten Lichtkonzept, das eine einladende Atmosphäre schaffen könnte. Die Betten sind relativ weich und teilweise etwas durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt. Das Frühstück wird von Dennis angeboten, wobei man die Wahl zwischen einem 10-Dollar-Gutschein oder einem Standardfrühstück hat. Leider hat uns das Essen nicht überzeugt. Es war überwiegend fettig und ungesund – nicht gerade der ideale Start in den Tag.

Breakfast at Denny’s was good but strange TO leave the building and go somewhere else for breakfast. Only 1 nearby restaurant.

The quietness of the rooms, plus that we are offered floor options.

Appreciated they had pool and spa operable and open late also sauna which is why we selected this location

We usually stay in 5 star accommodations but Salem didn’t offer that so we were surprised for the price it was very decent and we had a nice stay in Salem.

Free coffee 24 hrs a day. Swimming pool and hot tub.
