Working on parking lot but was very nice and helpful

Location was great! Parking was great. The rooms were pretty decent it does need a little bit of updating in the room but nothing major. The ac didn’t work to good and there had to be ppl smoking all around us it was coming into the room. Which was terrible. Other than that everything was good beds were clean and so was bathroom.

The beds were a little hard.

They did not have breakfast, the pool was terribly unclean.

The cleaning of the entire property, the office was being renovated but not the rooms. All in all it was a somewhat decent location and that is all.

When I arrived they were spiderweb on the rails on the stairs the carpet outside was very old and had holes. Entering my room no peep hole to see if anyone was at your door the carpet was not completed correctly just laid out and cut where the tile started. I arrived around 5:30 and the shower was wet with black curly hair stuck to it.One pillow had a small blood stain and another with makeup on it. Didn't look at the bed due to being a large blanket to sleep on. The balcony looked abandoned chipping paint spider webs every where. The view was an area with concrete poured but no tables no grass and completely covered with ducks and a river. It also had trash laying around plastic forks and cans. I also seen a sign that said no parties

grand daughter loved the geese and ducks! Staff were very helpful.

hairdryer did not work ( they replaced with another)... pool water was not clear... very murky.. microwave did not work... got the staff and they were able to fix it... not terrible things, but inconvenient. Dusty and noisy because of next door building construction going on.

new property owners they are very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and smell great. We had a birthday party there and the new owners were helpful in accommodating us in every way.

I have no complaints my stay was great.

The room was awesome and it was clean loved the patio to see the little river out there it was nice.

The geese and ducks squaking all hours. The fact it's was 72 degrees and didn't get the chance to swim.

very old, dirty and dated. walk out your door sucks everywhere along with their mess. No functioning pool.

They didn't give me the room that I paid for. They told me that it was the right room and it wasn't I paid for a queen bed and they. Gave 2 full size beds in the room.
