our king bed was super comfortable and the pillows were some soft( which I love ) and some medium. they change the entire bed daily!

Facilities need upgrading. Interior painted very sloppy on 3rd floor. Toilet not flushing properly in room 320.

The staff and hotel was good

My bathroom toilet was stopped up I contacted the front desk and was advised that someone would come to fix it within 30 minutes from 4am until check out no one ever came we had to go to lobby restroom until the door was locked and front desk had no key to unlock it. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable.

Breakfast was nice.

The room was very small and the tv did not work. Also the floor shook when walked on. It also had a table with a bent leg and the room did not feel as clean.

Bad management. Bad services try to take advantage on customer. Try to rip of people. Intended to ignore reservations and set up no show status on my reservation. No responsibility, blame to booking.com Too bad !!!

The place was dirty and nasty. When we woke up there was a dead cock roach or bed bug in the bed. Took pictures and showed the receptioinist. They were going to call me and never did
