How thin the walls are

Shower was nice, room was comfortable

Dried blood was found on comforter, freezer in room had been defrosted and upon opening the door of the refrigerator, water went all over the floor; parking lot was blocked off except for one entrance and cracks were being repaired with liquid tar which got all over our tires and car. We had to drive through gravel up to the main road and rocks stuck to the tar. It was so bad that the auto service across the street could not get it off. We had to drive 3 hours to Phoenix with the car shaking so badly it rattled our teeth. We could not go over 40 mph and the steep hills were very scary. Eventually our cruise control quit working and the check engine light came on. Discount Tire now tells us we need a new set of tires for a cost of approximately $1000. We asked for a reimbursement on our room and the manager said she did not have authority to do that. All she said is I'm sorry and also that the "blood" on the comforter was not blood, but chocolate. Chocolate is not red; either way that comforter should have been changed. Out of two weeks in hotels during our vacation, this was a very bad way to end our vacation.

Alec at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and informative. Apparently the property had been recently renovated top to bottom and everything was very modern and CLEAN. A great value for the money- a bit on the outskirts of Sedona but some very good casual bar/grill restaurants very nearby if you don’t want to drive further into Sedona. Would recommend to friends.

A bit on the outskirts of central Sedona.

We arrived late to check in (around 11:30 pm). The reception was closed. We tried to call the number posted on the door, but could not reach anyone. Luckily the receptionist (who was very friendly and professional by the way) surfaced from a door nearby, took us in and we checked in. If he had not heard us and checked us in, we don't know what we could have done...

Limited continental breakfast. Location was fine Short drive into Sedona. Alec at the front desk was very personable,so friendly and helpful.

Loved the location. Hotel has been updated and is really lovely. Very comfortable. Fantastic view!

This motel was recently renovated. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is awesome, is a pretty nice place nearby to restaurant and gas stations. they just renewed the room so it was perfect. Very much needed rest after a long day at the canyons!

Nothing, everything was perfect’

The hotel exceeded my expectations the rooms were very nice clean and comfortable I love the new upgrades were key.. the pool was the only lame thing and I wanted to lay by the pool on Sat. Having coffee and continental breakfast was a bonus..

Personally for the cost the motel exceeded expectations.. the only thing I hated was the pool.. so lame it's basically out in the street no one wants to lay out at a pool that everyone in the their cars can see you laying out or swimming..

This is a fantastic place. I share a room with my brother that has a double bed, which is super large and not a cheap spring mattress. The room is also very spacious and the soundproofing isn't bad. I wasn't expecting a microwave in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The lobby also offers coffee and delicious-smelling bread in the mornings. This place is definitely more than two-star.

It as very clean and modern. They were doing an update and it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was large and comfortable. It was nicely decorated.

The lighting could be brighter. The breakfast was wheat based, not good for those who are gluten sensitive. All starch, no protein.

Valerie was very hospitable and kind. happy to answer all our questions. the room was nice size and clean. Coffee, fridge and microwave were available. Has beautiful views and many restaurants within walking distance

Very friendly people, excellent location, everything you need is nearby and it’s very quiet at night.

Room was clean but very run down, maybe because I asked for a pet friendly room. No one attended to ashtrays on walkways while I was there. just needs a little more love.
