It was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Would stay there again!

Location and the bed

No place to put soap or shampoo in shower everything has to go on the floor. Need shower shelf/bar anything..room had an odd oder

There was ants everywhere. By morning they had crawled over all of our toothbrushes in the bathroom.

We got a really nice room with a view of the inlet, with a really big tub that my partner and I could soak in. It was a 5-minute walk to the coast and a stunning sunset. The value was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend Friday!

The walk into town along the highway wasn't pleasant. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but a path to the bridge is a glaring omission on the part of the town or Caltrans.

It was a beautiful big room! My husband loved going out on the balcony and I loved the giant tub!

Thin walls

nothing. worse stay ever never saw a house keeper during our stay. loud hallway started at 6am and we’re told it was the housekeepers talking. room was under the stairs could hear footsteps all day and night.

no great problem but the bedside light was not working and we had to ask staff to get the TV to work

The room was spacious and clean. It had a small (very small) balcony overlooking a creek (a lagoon of ocean runoff water). The location to Ft. Bragg was about 2 miles. The beach was across the main road.

Upon arrival the clerk seemed put out of place to check me in. I explained we were celebrating our 17th anniversary. I wasn't told that the THE WHOLE TOWN OF FT. BRAGG does NOT have maid service due to water shortages? Therefore, I was told there was none. if I wanted clean towels come get them at the office. I paid for a King room with a soaking tub, the first night the drain plug was broken in the soaking tub. It wouldn't hold water at all. I brought the drain plug to the office EARLY the next morning so they could fix it while my wife and I were out for the day. We came back, no repair done. I called the office and they said I could come and get the new drain plug and fix it myself. We didn't use the tub that night either. I asked for the management to call me, to possibly reduce the rate to a standard king room since we couldn't use the soaking tub. I called 4 days later, It's been 2 weeks and still no response from the Motel OR Booking.com

There location was wonderful, and the rooms very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the estuary and sunset. wonderful staff.

The woman on the night desk was friendly and helpful when we had a problem finding a parking space. Also, we dropped some keys in the parking lot, which we didn't discover until we got home. We called the office and the clerk offered to mail them back to us. We are very appreciative of this service.

The parking situation is a mess when the place is full. There aren't enough spaces for guests and people park in crazy ways making it difficult to get in and out.
