The front desk staff were incredibly rude! My room wasn't ready at check-in and the front desk told me that the hotel is fully booked so it is what it is because the staff is busy cleaning (the hotel was NOT at capacity). I wasn't notified about needing a parking pass. I had to ask myself very late at night after returning from a wedding event, and was told I might have a ticket because I didn't have a pass the first night (even though no one informed me I needed one). That front desk employee roller her eyes at me when I had questions about why no one told me. She then said, "well I wasn't there so I don't know what happened, so I can't tell you". My room wasn't even cleaned, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. There were water beads all over the room, some of which were exploded. I don't believe the room was vacuumed. I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff or stayed in a room that had not been cleaned---and it wasn't even ready at check-in. I felt incredibly uncomfortable.

reception bar closed before 22.00 which was fine but we were then asked to leave the area which seemed a bit petty.

Support for electric vehicle charging is inadequate: the large garage has 2-3 spots with 3-prong outlets. There are faster chargers in a nearby mall, but it required additional planning on our part.

Couldn't cast my smart phone U-Tube app to TV (I do this successfully at home every night). Movie costs are exorbitant ($21+ vs. 6.99 at home). Good thing I brought a book! :/ I was unable to turn off the disability shower wand so it was going while I used the overhead shower head. The alarm went off at 6:00 a.m. (I did not have to get up until 8:00 am)

The staff were wonderful and so friendly! We had a small problem with our room and they really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a pretty view.

Bed linens were awful. Stiff paper thin sheets that were over bleached and a thin beat-up looking comforter in between. The light bulbs were out in my room when I entered and I immediately had to call someone to replace them so I could see. Housekeeping knocked loudly at my door and the other doors around me early in the morning. If I have not checked out ..I may be sleeping in. Why in God’s name would you be knocking on the door? Isn’t this a place where people sleep? There was no one at the desk or the door when I checked-out in a driving rain. I ended up getting soaked lugging all my stuff and trying to hold an umbrella in high winds as I crossed the entrance circle. Overall I will not return though I come to this area often and have stayed at this hotel previously. Very sad showing.
