The location was about the only thing I liked - it was close the the wedding venue we were in town for and easy access to the highway without being too close to the highway.
Front desk person was outside when we arrived watched us walk in & I stood there for about 5 mins before she came in-she was also not friendly. Pool was NASTY-water was green & things floating in water. Couldn't get a good photo of pool because there were no lights on? Elevator & halls smelled like pot. Evening desk person couldn't tell me pool hours, breakfast hours *which the person at check in should have told us but didn't because she basically handed me the keys and didn't say anything else) Also didn't have extra make up remover wipes when I asked for some the 2nd night. They didn't clean our room on Saturday. The walls were trashy looking in many places with poor paint job. Towel rack in bathroom was coming off the wall and bent. TV did not work 80% of the time. There was a desk in the room but no desk chair- or any extra chair. Drawers on dresser were broke and kept rolling open.

Lovely experience with the staff. Nice modern hotel with some amenities. I was really comfortable with diverse crowd/fellow guests.
Needs to fix issue with breakfast: completely a 0, would rather not have the idea of breakfast in my mind at all, when I think about what they were serving. It was quite scary actually.

Close to airport.
One of the main reasons we were staying was for the long term parking and airport transportation. The van had not been working for a few days so no transportation. This information was available after check-in. They made no effort to come up with another solution. Trying to check-in front desk staff was on the phone with a personal call and ignored us completely. There was an argument in the hallway outside our room at 2 am. Police called.

We arrived in the middle of a blizzard and had to walk through drifts of snow to get to the front door. Little temp was made to clear any path at all.

The property was in an awful location with people loitering around the parking lot at all times of the day and night. During the night people were slamming doors and banging on doors and very noisy in the hallways. Lots of activity all night long.

The proximity to the the airport
A loud fight with banging so hard that my bed and the floor shook and lasted for over an hour. Sounded like it was right next to my room. When it didn’t stop and out of fear, tried to call front desk. The phone did not work. Had to use my cell phone. Staff person said she did not hear anything but did eventually check. I could not sleep after that and could still hear fighting in a room. Also, the bathroom tub/ shower surface was damaged and pitted and faucet almost fell out when I turned on the shower. The carpet was dirty with crumbs and popcorn kernels on it. The refrigerator was noisy.

Front desk was uninviting(cleaning products stored on shelves behind desk), excessive caulk around toilet, hole in bathroom door and large screwholes in wall from fixtures that were removed, fitness equipment in nonworking condition held together with plastic shopping bag

The bed was comfortable.
It’s very run down; it is not $130+ / night property. Ant hills in the pool room, hair floating in the pool. Dirty and sagging carpet throughout the hallways and staircases. Our bathroom floor was dirty and the grout was missing between tiles. The mirror wood was rotted off behind the faucet. There was no plug in the sink and the porcelain bowl was cracked and stained. Two lights burned out in the bathroom. Yikes. Never again!

Breakfast was good and hot things were hot. I came at the end of time and was alone in the dinning room. Room was clean. Hotel was older but well kept. Night attendant was very personable. Close to airport!!!

Not once was my room cleaned. I had to go do an to the front desk twice fir towels and to request someone to come up there and get the trash. I also requested for my room to be vacuumed but that did not happen.

We checked in at 10pm and the front desk lady was handling 5 check ins and still managed a smile.
Beds were uncomfortable. Room smelled of smoke. Pool was not open. No curtain to window. Paid 188.00 for one night and was truly only work $80. No one even asked when we checked out how our stay was. There was no parking so you had to park at the other hotel and walk since the parking lot was under construction.

Needs to be refreshed . It is clean , however paint peeling in the bathroom walls and bathroom mirror . Sink is stained , unsure if tub drain stopper works as it was out and a bit gross . Couldn’t get the TV to work , only a Roku m but came up and no Cable menu .. the only remote was the cable .

Room had the carpet wet on the window side of headboard. They say this happens when it rains. Completely unacceptable, needs capital funding to fix foundation or wall problems

Incredibly disgusting. Instantly found bugs, potential vomit on walls, stains on bed and pillows, broken toilet, mold on shower walls, etc. Tried to get money back, but they wouldn't do anything about it.
