Breakfast was good. It was a little pricey considering most hotels provide complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and the antique furniture around the resort was beautiful.

Only 2 pillows per bed and they were not what you would expect at a resort. Pretty flat.

The front desk people was unorganized! They couldn’t print paperwork because they had no printer. A front desk attendant gave someone my room key and they come in while I was in the shower! When I called and ask how did this happen she just said she apologize! They deactivated my room keys but gave them to a stranger. Millions of mosquitoes inside door by the elevator!

Location is great.

It seems like the property is in the middle of a transformation, but still at the early stages. The AC unit in my room was shimmed up with wooden blocks and no effort as made to dress that up. The elevator floor was filthy. The bar was extremely understaffed, untrained and poorly stocked for an event weekend. The manager(?) was incapable of providing any assistance. The breakfast was not worth the price. While checking out the front desk supervisor was training a new employee, which made the process last way longer than it should have. There must have been 5 trips back and forth to the printer 20 feet away. Hint: buy another printer and put it within reach of the employees using it.

How nice the suites were, how beautiful the land scraping was, the dining & bar area were very nice. Everything even smelled good. The pool was beautiful. I don’t have any complaints. My husband and I came for our little honey moon & we will def be back to stay longer!!

Excellent hotel!! Pool hot tub spa super clear and clean !! Restaurant 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Located in lobby as well as the bar Food was exceptional!!! Breakfast buffet not so much …. The night sky is Loaded with Stars super scenic area close to grocery and boat launch!!! Really amazing in so many respects !!! Enjoy!! I really love that you don’t have to leave everything is right there walking trails, golf karting fishing drinking eating everything‘s right there pool lake swimming!!! Bring your kayak!!!

Breakfast Buffet fell way short for such a great restaurant they just need to step up to quality on breakfast buffet($12) ditch the frozen box food (biscuits, ham, sausage, potato hb, pastries) just pitiful quality bacon was fresh and grits were good …. Eggs … 👀not sure what the mgt. was thinking cuz the try of yellow stuff they said was eggs …. NOT EGGS out the shell… maybe cartoon or something…idk I tried to table doctor um up but no helping them eggs …. I can eat most anything that is digestive conducive…. This weren’t…. Do something bout the buffet like discontinue ASAP

we just love being on the lake and this was a great place

The breakfast was expensive for the amount of food they had on the buffet. We asked for towels that morning front desk said she would get some to us I ended up having to call they didn’t have any clean, my room had toenails on the floor by the bed, the coffee machine was dirty. We had to go to another facility and wash. I will not be returning

There is no places to really eat near by and they don’t start serving until 5pm those hours need to change
