The property was so convenient to everything. Right across from the beach. Free parking. The place was old but kept up so nicely around the great pool. The rooms lacked a lot of plugs. Over wired. The owner was awesome and kept in touch with texts which I liked. She went out of her way to accommodate me with extra outlets so I could work.

The pool area was amazing, plenty of shade and chairs. The property also offered some items that could be taken to the beach (umbrellas, kids shovels, etc). The room was spacious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The public’s beach access is directly across the road.
The blinds were bent so they allowed a lot of light through.

There was nothing to like it was a total cesspool.
This place could only be considered as a resort in hades.
The room was filthy and had rampant black mold everywhere not some but large amounts.
There were insects in the room and there wasn't even a proper lock on the door.
Staff was rude and not concerned about our complaints and the Booking.com and coastal getaway who manages the motel are refusing to return my money.
Do not book this rathole you will be sorry.

The courtyard/pool area is inviting though there are plants dying in pots. It is a nice location for the beach with several good restaurants nearby. The manager, John, is very nice and tries to be helpful.
Everything is very dated, no upgrades. Our bathroom window was broken with a patch with a towel duct taped. Mold around the tub grout. The air conditioner was not working well. We were told there was not another one available or another room available. Everything is very minimal, the soap, no coffee. Parking is dicey. Air conditioners hanging out of windows were rusty. At almost $300. per night it was very unacceptable.

Had coffee ready every morning. Gentleman that managed the place was excellent very friendly and helpful. Always available and kept the grounds spotless.
No laundry facilities. Bathrooms need updating the thing you pull for shower broke

JOHN WAS FANTASTIC.Robb and the cleaning crew were great.Made alot of new friends.

The room had some cutlery and glasses. No bed bugs.
This is a very rundown place. Feels like it has never been refurbished since it was built, and that was a very long time ago.
The fridge and a/c were extremely loud. But sometimes it was a blessing, because they blocked a bit the sounds from the neighbors. You could hear everything.
The facilities are in a disgusting condition. I just didn't expect this from a motel in the US! Killed 2 cockroaches, failed to catch the 3rd one.

John the manager was friendly and super helpful. The pool area was well equipped with towels and sun block. Coffee available from 7.30 am daily. The room was spacious and clean, well laid out and very comfortable.

liked pretty much everything, TV remote was missing from the room, but we just turned it on from the bottom and it was fine.

the pool, how close it was to the beach, the price was fair, and the breakfast place nearby was awesome.
the hot water is very temperamental in the shower. had to turn the cold all the way up and then barely turn on the hot and hope it didn’t change to hotter in 5 mins.

Soft Beds. Quiet, accommodating atmosphere. Beautifully landscaped tropical pool area. Directly across from perfect beach access. The Restaurant on site is absolutely one of the best on the boulevard. Gracious hospitality.
Not a lot of stores in the immediate area, but a welcome trade for the peace and quiet.
