The staff very friendly

TV did not work .. They had to move us to a man new room

The facility and rooms were good.The staff was supportive.

There is no water provided for guests as compliment. The free breakfast should rotate on daily basis.

Receptionist was alright

There were hair left in the bed

cigarette burns on the blankets earwigs in the rooms. The rooms smelled like sewer and smoke and it was a non smoking room. Sharmila Patel the manager was very rude. After checking in and telling her of my concerns she told me the only way I could cancel was to call booking.com and talk to them. After booking said I could get a refund Sharmila insisted that I couldn’t get one. We went next door to the holiday inn. night and day difference so nice and clean. Save your time and money and go next door to the holiday inn

Everything was excellent

Location. Check I. receptionist was helpful and friendly.

Should not advertise that they have breakfast. Old bear claws in plastic packaging, one brown banana, apples, 3 bags oatmeal, 2 kinds of juice and coffee. Room was clean but had a strong detergent smell because the carpet was still damp from cleaning.

The manager was very nice and helpful. My bed was very comfortable. I stopped late and left early so it was good.

The room was musty. The bathroom sink was really low. We could hear the people above us. The complimentary breakfast was sad.

Comfortable bed and clean room.

The breakfast was coffee, juice, packaged cinnamon bun and packets of instant oatmeal. Pretty lame.

Front desk man was very nice

Room appeared clean.. turned on AC , then left for dinner, upon return, the room smelled sour and nasty. Had to stop AC,and open window. Even before that, the room seemed very humid,too. Then had to sleep w window open about 4”, then things were damp inside. No fun putting on damp clothes in the morning
