we requested a no-smoking area but the room still stonk of smoke

There was a roof over my head. Location was where I needed. Easy access.

Coffee pot had to be moved to bedside because the outlets in vanity area didn’t work. Smelled like smoke even though it was a “non-smoking” room. Toilet nearly overflowed. TV remote worked sometimes and sometimes didn’t. Could see daylight through the closed door. Iron burns on the carpet.

Could not turn the water on for bathing. Had to get maintenance to turn it on, and had to pound on it to shut off.

Nothing except close to our friends.

Room was gross. Needed a good scrubbing. No switch plate on light switch in bathroom-is that even up to code? It was too gross to even shower in-just wanted to get out of there! Paid way too much for this room. Booking.nah!

Staff was nice and professional. Room was clean and beds slept good!

Back parking lot needs a little work..the stairs are having peices of concrete falling off...this is a maintenance issue and just needs to be fixed. Says a breakfast online but you couldn't get inside the building other than check in area that I saw but we were here for the old town not a perfect place to stay.

it was snowing and icy so it at least saved my car from being in a wreck.

this may have been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I played college baseball with a small university. We stayed in some pretty shady places. But this place was the worst. Spooge on the walls, shower had the handrail ripped out and exposed, fitted sheet had a cigarette burn in it, and we slept in full clothes with socks. Finally I paid for 3 rooms and they only gave me 2.
